A. Sanders suffered injuries Saturday night when his car was wrecked near the railroad stock yards. His car was badly damaged and Mr. Sanders was somewhat sha ken but he is reported improving. Dr. and Mrs. A. E. Marble and Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Payne motor ed to Bonneville Sunday where they joined relatives and friends from Portland on a picnic. Mrs. Rose Law son, mother of Mrs. Payne who has been visiting her mother in Port land for six weeks, returned to Her miston with them. Miss Shirley Brownson entertain ed Tuesday evening complimenting her house guest Miss Edythe Walter of Portland. Auction bridge was the diversion of the evening. Out-of- town' guests included Mrs. Marian Arthur and Miss Lucille George of Echo, and Miss Blanche Thorsen of Stanfield.
