Mr. and Mrs. .1. G. Pearson are
expected to return to
Hermiston
from Castle Rock about the first of
the month to pack their belongings
and move to their new location
there. At such time the house will
then be occupied by Mr. and Mrs.
Win. Davis and family. The house
now occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Davis
on the west side of town has been
rented by Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Ellis
of Walla Walla who will move In as
soon as the house is vacated. Mr. i

Shirley Simons, Geo. Bancroft, Jr.,
and Lane Garrett was held at the
home of Mrs. Geo. Bancroft Satur
day afternoon. All three children
celebrated their third birthday on
that day. Other guests present were
Frank Harkenrider, Francis Clarke,
Lenore Bancroft and the mothers.
A farewell social honoring Mr.
and Mrs. Gibbs and Mr. and Mrs.
Dewey Payne was given at the Gibbs
home Wednesday evening. Games
and a short program was enjoyed by
the guests. Among those present
