Local Happenings Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Abbott and Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Morse motored to Walla Walla Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Barney of Seattle are visiting Mrs. Harney’s daughter, Mrs. Douglas Bryson, at her home on the W. H. Nebergall ranch east of town. Mrs. Lela J. Fred Reeves returned from a hunting trip in the mountains above Ukiah Sunday evening with a four- point buck. He and his father, Joe Reeves, left last Wednesday for the mountains and the first day they killed the first and only deer seen luring their stay. Mr. Reeves was joined Sunday by O. W. Payne, Mel- vin Follett, and F. H. McIntyre who returned WeWlnesday with two deer ind one elk. Follet killed one buck ind an elk, and McIntyre one buck.
