A chapter of the Torch Honor society, a high school organization In the Pacific N orthwest, was organ ized at a special assem bly of the high school Tuesday morning. Member ship In the organization Is based on scholarship, participation In school activ ities and general merit. The membership roll for the local school has not yet been compiled.
