TOB HERMISTON should not be adopted by the said Wm. A. Hinellne and Jessie A. Hinellne, his wife, and her name changed from Frances Augusta Smith to that of Franceg Augusta Hinellne. It is further ordered that a copy of said petition together with a copy of thia order be served upon the said Frank M. Smith by delivering to the said Frank M. Smith a copy of said petition and of thls order, if said Frank M. Smith shall be found within the State of Oregon, and If not found within the state of Ore gon, that this order be served up on the said Frank M.
