MINNEHAHA NEWS NOTES (By Ilah Quick) The marriage of Mrs. Lillian Jack- son and W. H. Troutman was solem nized at Walla Walla, February 16. They returned to Hermiston, Febru ary 18th. Mr. and Mrs. Troutman will soon be at home on their Min- nehaha ranch. Mr. and Mrs, E. Hamer left Tuesday morning for Albany, Ore- gon. Mrs. Hamer's mother, Mrs. A. J. Hogan, of that place, passed away on Monday after an illness of sev eral years. J. M. Thom has been quite ill, but is much better now. Elmer McElroy who has been con fined at home with mumps, is well again, but his small brother, Ora. has them. Mrs. L. C. Quick is quite ill. Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Jackson enter tained at dinner Sunday, their guests being Mrs. W. J. Jackson, Mrs. I. L. Shippey, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Jackson and son Billie, and Mr. Harold K. Dean.
