McKeen visited in Pen- dleton Thursday and Friday of this week. Mrs. E. T Canfield returned yester day morning from a two weeks visit to relatives in Tillamook, Ore. B S. Kingsley returned to Culver the first of this week to look after the store he is operating there. S. R. Oldsker and B. J. Nation were again youths for a day last Friday— autoing to Pendleton in the latter's machine to attend the Sells-Floto circus. Mr. and Mrs. J Pelmulder and fam ily spent the Fourth of July visiting with the lady’s mother and other rela tives in Walla Walla. The journey was made by auto.
