and is planning to in stall an up-
to-date candy, music and variety
store.
Shelving and counters are being

der the direction of Mr. P ankratz,
assisted by F red Ferguson and
John Bliss. S tringed instrum ents
and sheet m usic will tie carried by
th e new store.
Mr. P an k ratz , who is well ex­
perienced in the line of m e rch an ­
dise h$ expects to carry , has been

p ast year or more. He is a g ra d ­
uate of a P ortland business college
and is the step son of W illiam Sie­
m ens who purchased the photo-
