AUGUST 5, , > I 1 Hovering hands of trouble and danger, loss and suffering, are constantly ready to clutch the man who has no money saved in the safety of a bank account. An easy prey to any form of misfortune, he is ever haunted by worry and fear that sap self- confidence, undermine efficiency and unfit him for success. But, since it is self imposed by not saving, why should anyone of sound mind and able body submit to such a handicap? The practice of thrift, actualized in deposits, provides protection against adversity and enables mastery over emergency.
