It is learned th a t postofflee Inspectors have checked up on th e individuals ad v ertisin g under the above and o th e r nam es and And they a re using the m ails to defraud. T he P ortlan d B etter Business bureau has also investigated and finds the ad v ertisin g unreliable. It is prob able m any new spapers and m ag a zines w ere duped. The Outlook was cau g h t off its guard. It is hoped no one locally lost by rep ly ing to the ad.
