T aking th is as a basis th e re w ere 79 vessels c a r rying full cargoes of g rain sailing from th e C olum bia river. T his is not tru e as m any parcel lots w ere taken by th e re g u la r lin ers and th e re w ere 143 vessels sailin g from the rivet th a t had full o r p a rtia l c a r goes of w heat.
