The outward appearance of our city has much to do
with our own m ental, moral and m aterial w elfare and the
reputation we hold in the minds of visitors and people
generally.
A clean city is the pride of its citizens and makes a
favorable impression on all who come w ithin our borders.
The clean-up cam paign should be continuous through
out the year but there comes a time when special attention
should be called to this need and when the city council
offers its assistance.
