In 1875 he moved to W yoming and in 1884 to M ontana, n ear B illings, w here he en gaged In stock raisin g . On Decem ber 17, 1890, he m a rried Mrs. E rm inle Owens, who su rv iv es him. The fam ily moved to E llen sb u rg , W ashington, In 1904 and to G resham In 1921. Mr. C ram er was a m em ber of th e E lle n s b u rg M asonic lodge. Two siste rs are In New York, a b ro th er In Los An geles an d one a t Billings.
