been h a rd to secure. Some of th e |
m ost u rg en t building w ill soon be fin­
ished and m en skilled in cem ent w ork
will be m ore available.
Most of th e new w alk laid, so far
as observed, show s good w orkm an­
ship and w ill not have to be renew ed
for m any years.
