OREGON B L U E BOOK T he Outlook has received the 1921 -1922 edition of th e Oregon Blue Book, which is packed full of In ter esting and useful Inform ation and is free to any citizen of Oregon on application to the secretary of state. The publication of th is book was authorized by an enactm ent of th e 1915 legislatu re and has appeared biennally since th en . According to th e forew ord of th e book, it is issued a t th e ea rliest possible date follow- Ing th e taking effect of th e new laws and o th e r changes affecting the per sonnel and policies of th e sta te due to th e biennial sessions of the legis la tu re and changes of adm in istratio n in o rd er th a t th e citizens of Oregon may be conveniently supplied w ith a useful and au th en tic reference book relatin g to th e various sta te activi ties and those federal functions m aint i.nlng departm ents in th is state. The book contains m uch h isto ri cal m a tte r of value, Including the lists of O regon’s rep resen tativ es in congress and elective sta te officers from th e organization of th e pro visional governm ent to date. The nam es of all incorporated cities and tow ns to g eth er w ith th e present o f ficers ap ear in th e book, also th e post offices and th e new spapers of th e state.
