sacrifice to the women of the rurul
districts, as It has been curried on It.

men were gone to the lighting line or

of farm work and o th e r active duties
and the women were req u ired to ad 1
to th e ir usual duties m uch work in

m usical an d an au ctio n party was
given. F ro m th e dances $452 was re
alized, $10 from th e au ctio n and $25
from th e m usical. T he suppers for
th e dances w ere d o n ated by th e la

the cause an d Mr. K n ig h t also helped
give th e supper.
