Mr. G raf is professor of experim ental en g in eer ing. and his d ep artm en t tests all the paving m aterials under the direction of th e Highway com mission. Both are now on an inspection trip of the C olum bia R iver H ighway. They were both tak en over th e H ighway by W alter M etzger in his new Uuick. Mrs. J. H.
