T his is one of the successful p o u ltry farm s of th is lo cality. It was s ta rte d by Mr. K aser about five years ago an d has stead ily grow n u n til he now keeps from a th o u san d to fifteen h u n d red chickens and does q u ite a business in poultry and eggs. T hey a re of th e W hite L eghorn breed, believed to be the best fo r all purposes. Mr. K aser re cently m a rk e ted a la rg e n u m b er of old hens and b ro ilers an d has a fine lot of pu llets for th is w in te r's egg- production. He finds th a t p oultry pays and is m ak in g his ten acres very profitable in th is way alth o u g h it is high-priced land. D uring Mr. K a se r’s absence, A. L. Bailey, of Seaside, has ch arg e of the poultry ranch. He is an old p oultry- man and cam e h ere from L ockport, N. Y.
