Disposition: COMPLET- ED after MCSO made contact and found the ju- veniles were just playing football. Warrant Arrest Occurred at Morrow County Sheriff's Office, W Willow View Dr, Hep- pner, OR.Stanfield PD ar- rested an individual on an IJC warrant (22-V-026206 FT A/Failure to carry and present).She was lodged at UCJ with a bail of $3,000. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Rustic Truck Bar & Grill, E Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. RP re- ported a suspicious activ- ity involving an older ma- roon 4-door car believed to be picking marijuana buds. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Burglary Occurred at Warehousing It, Pole Line Rd, Board- man, OR. RP reported suspicious activity, re- questing a deputy. MCSO responded and a report was taken. Disposition: COMPLETED. Extra Patrol Occurred on Wilson Rd SW, Boardman, OR. RP requested extra patrols due to concerns about possible human trafficking involv- ing a relative in Mexico and potential retaliation from smugglers. The re- quest was for 30 days. Disposition: NO ACTION TAKEN (RP referred to US Customs). Extra Patrol Occurred on Wilson Rd SW, Boardman, OR. Ad- ditional extra patrol re- quest, following the same concern as the previous report. Dog Complaint Occurred at Wilson Ln/ Bombing Range Rd, Boardman, OR. German Shepherd with no collar reported on the side of the road. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on I 84 W, Boardman, OR. RP re- ported a White Transit van swerving across the road. Disposition: REFERRED TO OTHER AGENCY. Dog Complaint Occurred at Schneider, Christopher on Knapp St, Irrigon, OR. RP reported a cattle dog that showed up at their residence, request- ing a deputy to retrieve it. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Animal Complaint Occurred on W Sperry St, Heppner, OR. RP re- ported their neighbor's goats had gotten out and were in their yard. Dispo- sition: COMPLETED. Suspicious Activity Occurred at SW Nevada Ave/SW Fourth St, Ir- rigon, OR. RP reported suspicions that neighbors were burying a horse on residential property. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Oregon Trail Library, N Main St, Hep- pner, OR. RP reported a gray van parked in front of the library with someone inside yelling "help." Dis- position: COMPLETED. Dog Complaint Occurred on SW Third St, Irrigon, OR.RP report- ed an aggressive dog that attacked his chickens and almost attacked a person. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Driving Complaint Occurred on I 84 W, Boardman, OR. OSP ad- vised of a sedan vary- ing speeds and unable to maintain its lane.MCSO and BPD were notified.
