A German Shepherd was reported running loose in the area near the BlueBerry Farm. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Dog Complaint Occurred at Dollar Gen- eral, Columbia Ln, Irri- gon, OR. A brown, larger dog was reported running on the highway, last seen heading east toward the Shell station. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Warrant Arrest Occurred at Morrow County Sheriff's Office, W Willow View Dr, Heppner, OR. Individual was arrest- ed by MCSO on a Proba- tion Violation warrant. The male driver was cited for No IID when required. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Dog Complaint Occurred on I 84 E, Boardman, OR. Driving Complaint Occurred on I 84 W, Boardman, OR. A red charger was passing indi- viduals on the shoulder, going at least 90mph. MCSO checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.
