Individual was arrest- ed by Washington County Jail for an outstanding war- rant #22-V-026210 (Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended). He was cited and released to appear at IJC on 10/03/2024 at 0900 hours. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Grass Fire Occurred at Blackhorse Canyon Ln/Piper Canyon Rd, Heppner, OR. A grass fire, likely caused by light- ning, was reported behind a residence on the hillside. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Grass Fire Occurred on Bombing Range Rd, Boardman, OR. A grass fire was reported in a field near this location. The Navy was advised and requested assistance. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE (MCSO and BFD responded but were unable to locate the fire). Animal Complaint Occurred at Columbia Ln/SW Second St, Irri- gon, OR. Two young cows (one tan steer and one red- dish-orange heifer) with ear tags were reported on Columbia Ln. Disposition: COMPLETED (The ani- mals were located). Disabled Vehicle Occurred on I-84 W, Boardman, OR. A partial- ly blocking vehicle was re- ported on the offramp. Disposition: COMPLET- ED (MCSO responded, OSP was advised). Area Check Occurred at Threemile Campground, Threemile Rd/Ramp, Boardman, OR. Shore checks were con- ducted at the campground. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Suicidal Subject Occurred in Irrigon, OR. A report was made about a grandson threatening to harm himself. Disposition: COMPLETED. Warrant Arrest Occurred at Umatilla Fish Hatchery, Riverview Ln, Irrigon, OR. Suspect was arrested by OSP for mul- tiple warrants related to Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. He was lodged at UCJ with holds for UCSO warrants. Dis- position: REPORT TAK- EN. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Irrigon Mari- na, NE Seventh St, Irrigon, OR. A report was made by a swimmer who believed they found a human bone near the life jackets at the marina. Disposition: COMPLETED (Follow-up was conducted). Traffic Hazard Occurred at Wilson Ln/ Eastregaard Rd, Board- man, OR. RP reported two John Deere tractors pull- ing plows on Wilson Rd, west of the intersection. One of the wheels on the implement got a flat and was dragging along the road, causing damage. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Driving Complaint Occurred on I-84 E, Boardman, OR. A purple Subaru was reported for swerving and brake-check- ing other vehicles, almost hitting the RP while trying to pass another vehicle. Disposition: REFERRED TO OTHER AGENCY. Theft Complaint Occurred on E Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. RP re- ported that her son stole a gun from her residence. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Dog Complaint Occurred at Schneider, Christopher on Knapp St, Irrigon, OR. RP had a stray dog (older Pomeranian, no collar or tags) that they wanted picked up. Dispo- sition: TRANSPORTED (Dog was transported to Pet Rescue). Suspicious Activity Occurred at McGG - Pat- erson Ferry, Paterson Fer- ry Rd, Irrigon, OR. Dep- uty responded to subjects on the property, and it was found that the subjects had permission to be there. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Suspicious Activity Occurred on SE Third St, Irrigon, OR. RP reported a suspicious vehicle parked by their house. Disposi- tion: UNABLE TO LO- CATE (Deputy responded, but the vehicle was not found). A warning was issued regarding refuge hours and having a driver’s license on their person. Disposition: WARNING. Driving Complaint Occurred on I-84 E, Ar- lington, OR. Frontier Dispatch advised of a na- vy-blue Mini Cooper fail- ing to maintain lane and going at 100 mph.Dispo- sition: UNABLE TO LO- CATE (Deputy was unable to find the vehicle).
