Sheriff’s Report August 27th to Septem- ber 2 Continued Domestic Disturbance Occurred on Toll Rock Rd, Heppner, OR. Suspect was arrested on charges of Criminal Trespass II, As- sault IV DV Felony, and Animal Abuse II. Sec- ond suspect was arrest- ed on a MCCC warrant (22CN04662) for Failure to Appear/Contempt of Court. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Theft Complaint Occurred on Meadow Loop, Boardman, OR. RP reports that his phys- ical social security card was stolen. The card was last seen in Richland, WA, at an apartment complex. MCSO contacted the RP and advised him of his op- tions. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Civil Complaint Occurred at Irrigon Mini Storage, SW Third St/W Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. RP reports that a car she had stored at this loca- tion had its tires tampered with, and the owner has not made contact. MCSO made contact with the RP and advised her of her op- tions.Disposition: COM- PLETED. Dog Complaint Occurred on SE Charity Loop, Irrigon, OR. Officer initiated activity to make contact regarding a loose dog. The dog was se- cured. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. RP re- ports a red quad in the area being driven by an adult and a young child, neither wearing helmets. MCSO advised the individuals are headed home. Disposition: ADVISED. Extra Patrol Occurred at W Sixth Rd/ Columbia Ln, Irrigon, OR. Extra patrol for the next two weeks (ending 09/02/2024), from 2200- 0400, due to trespassers at the gravel pit. Disposition: COMPLETED. Abandoned Vehicle Occurred at SE Idaho Ave/SE Eleventh St, Ir- rigon, OR. RP reported a white older van facing westward, parked between 10th and 11th for over 24 hours. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Welfare Check Occurred at Columbia River Ranch, Kunze Ln, Boardman, OR. RP re- quested a welfare check on a male patient. Disposi- tion: ADVISED. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Irrigon Mari- na, NE Seventh St, Irrigon, OR. RP confronted a His- panic male at the marina. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Theft Complaint Occurred at Irrigon Shell Station, E Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. RP reported theft of alcohol, suspect left on foot towards the 76 station. Disposition: COMPLETED. Grass Fire Occurred at Kunze Lo/ Parkside Rd, Boardman, OR. A grass fire was re- ported, slowly moving, with no structures threat- ened.Disposition: RE- PORT TAKEN (BFD and MCSO responded). Controlled Burn Log Occurred at Ella Rd/Riet- mann Ln, Ione, OR. Crum Farming was conducting an agricultural burn. Dis- position: COMPLETED. Noise Complaint Occurred on SE Green- wood St, Irrigon, OR. RP reported neighbors' an- imals making excessive noise, triggering other neighborhood animals. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Motor Vehicle Accident Occurred on Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. Single vehicle went off the road, front- end damage, smoking, headed towards Umatilla. Disposition: COMPLET- ED (MCSO responded). Dog Complaint Occurred on Summit Ln, Boardman, OR. RP ad- vised they caught a dog that keeps harassing their animals. Disposition: CI- TATION ISSUED Suspect #1 was issued UTC #44537 for 609.095 Dog as a Public Nuisance, scheduled to ap- pear at IJC on 09/26/2024 at 0900. Suspect #2 was issued citation #44538 for the same violation, sched- uled for IJC on 09/11/2024 at 0900. Parking Complaint Occurred at Rustic Truck Bar & Grill, E Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. RP ad- vised of a semi-truck parked directly in front, appearing jack-knifed. The truck was on their property and not supposed to be there. Disposition: COMPLETED (Deputies responded and contacted RP). EMS (Emergency Medi- cal Services) Occurred at Gravel Pit Ln/W Eighth Rd, Irrigon, OR. Person who jumped or fell out of a vehicle. Dispo- sition: UNDER INVESTI- GATION (MCSO and M82 responded, but patient was taken by POV). EMS (Emergency Medi- cal Services) Occurred on Division Rd, Irrigon, OR. 49-year-old female, possible alcohol poisoning. Disposition: TRANSPORTED (MCSO and M82 responded, pa- tient transported to GSH). Noise Complaint Occurred on Columbia Ln, Irrigon, OR. RP re- ported loud music coming from a neighbor's house. Disposition: COMPLET- ED (Deputy responded, music was turned off). Juvenile Complaint Occurred on NW Church St, Heppner, OR. RP re- quested police assistance for a juvenile who was out of control and fighting with her husband. Disposi- tion: ADVISED (Deputy responded, CCS was ad- vised). Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle Occurred on Gun Club Ln, Hermiston, OR. RP advised of a theft that oc- curred the previous night at their property off Gun Club. RP also mentioned a stolen vehicle, but was un- sure how long it had been gone.Disposition: COM- PLETED (MCSO made contact, extra patrols set up). Extra Patrol Occurred on Wilson Rd SW, Boardman, OR. RP requested extra patrols around her residence at night due to concerns in- volving possible human trafficking of a relative in Mexico. The RP was wor- ried about potential retal- iation from smugglers. Disposition: NO ACTION TAKEN (RP was referred to US Customs, request for 30 days of extra patrols). Disturbance Occurred on Highway 74, Ione, OR. Deputy received a report of subjects trying to fight each other. Dispo- sition: COMPLETED. Dog Complaint Occurred on Kangaroo Court Ln, Irrigon, OR. RP advised of two dogs roaming the area, possibly headed toward Eighth St. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Suicidal Subject Occurred on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon, OR. Report of a suicidal sub- ject.
