Rp advised a black Ford Mustang with loud exhaust was revving its motor. The vehicle turned on Hwy 730 towards Boardman. Deputy was advised. Trespass Occurred: at George Wa- terland Memorial Field on SE Hager St, in Heppner, OR. White motorhome and a small car camping at the field. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Abandoned Vehicle Officer: initiated activity at Highway 730/PATER- SON Ferry Rd, Irrigon, OR. Disposition: VEHI- CLE TAGGED. Traffic Hazard Occurred: at Pettys Can- yon Ln/Highway 74, in Lexington, OR. Black Tahoe sideways in the road, partially blocking, no one around. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Traffic Hazard Occurred: on I 84 W, in Boardman, OR. Big chunks of wood spread out over both lanes but mainly in the right lane. Disposi- tion: UNABLE TO LO- CATE. Traffic Hazard Occurred: at Pettys Can- yon Ln/Highway 74, in Lexington, OR. Black sub- urban at the top of the can- yon that is partially block- ing. It is in a dangerous spot because it's at the top of the canyon and someone may not see it. Disposition: VEHICLE TOWED. Dog Complaint Occurred: on NE Thomp- son Ave, in Heppner, OR. RP is missing her dog. Disposition: ADVISED. Suspicious Activity Occurred: on I 84 W, in Boardman, OR. 683TVD/ OR, white 4 door car, smoking but still driving, white smoke coming from the rear. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Theft Complaint Occurred: on NW Ore- gon Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP reports that a package was never delivered, and she needs to report it for insurance. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Suspicious Activity Occurred: at Morrow County Sheriff's Office on W Willow View Dr, in Heppner, OR. Rp states that he just dropped a sub- ject off at Catfish Pond and would like to talk to a deputy. Disposition: RE- FERRED TO OTHER AGENCY. Driving Complaint Occurred: on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised of a red dodge Durango and a grey ford flex sped on Utah and was headed toward tenth. MCSO responded, unable to locate. Extra Patrol Occurred: on SE Fourth St, in Irrigon, OR. Ex- tra patrols for individuals tampering with vehicles. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Extra Patrol Occurred: on NE Chase St, in Heppner, OR. RP advised someone tried to steal a trailer from her house last night. RP would like some extra patrols at night. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Information Occurred: at Morrow County Sheriff's Office on W Willow View Dr, in Heppner, OR. RP has some concerns to share with MCSO/BPD regard- ing a known male out of Boardman. MCSO ad- vised, referred to Harney Co SO. Hit & Run Occurred: at Riverview Mobile Court on E High- way 730, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised that a vehi- cle backed into his van at this location. RP is not on scene but is requesting contact **MCSO respond- ed, report taken. Disposi- tion: REPORT TAKEN. MV A-Fire Occurred: on Paul Smith Rd, in Boardman, OR. 53 y/o male could be possible broken arm from motorcy- cle accident on property. BFD, M8 l, and MCSO re- sponded, patient transport- ed to GSH. Disposition: TRANSPORTED. Driving Complaint Officer: initiated activity at Paul Smith Rd/Canal Ln, Boardman, OR. Out with an ATV. MCSO com- plete. 911 Hangup/Aban doned/Accidental Occurred: on Kunze Ln, in Boardman, OR. Child playing with phone, stating that his grandma is cook- ing. When asked to speak to grandma, they refuse and hang up several times. Finally spoke to grandma, stating everything is code 4, no emergency. Disposi- tion: ADVISED. Information Occurred: at W Main St/ NE St, in Lexington, OR. RP called in stating that his car broke down he did pull the car away from the road and he will be work- ing on it, the vehicle is a Grey KIA Spectra. MCSO June 25th Dog Complaint Occurred: at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, in Irrigon, OR. Brown re- triever and a little Chihua- hua brown short hair that would be with her RP is ok with info going out if dogs are found no tags. Disposi- tion: REPORT TAKEN. Criminal Mischief Complaint Occurred: on E Main St, in Lexington, OR. Car windshield has been dam- aged. Disposition: RE- PORT TAKEN. Information Occurred: at Boardman Police Department on City Center Circle, in Board- man, OR. Leaving vehicle in the parking lot for the day. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Death Investigation Occurred: at Columbia River Ranch on Kunze Ln, in Boardman, OR. 60-year- old possible stroke. Dispo- sition: ASSISTED. Dog Complaint Occurred: at Willow Creek Campground/Corp of Engineer on Willow Creek Rd, in Heppner, OR. Black and white dogs with a bark collar attacked rps dog. Disposition: COM- PLETED. COMPLETED. 911 Hangup/Aban- doned/Accidental Occurred: at Benton County, Wa on (Unknown Address), in Open line 911 from cell phone. Spanish speaking male heard.
