Disposi- tion: TRANSPORTED EMS Occurred: at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, in Irrigon, OR. 48 y/o male could be intoxicated, re- questing EMS. M82 and MCSO responded, patient transported to GSH. Dis- position: COMPLETED. 9 1 I Hangup/Aban doned/Accidental Occurred: on Baseline Ln, in Lexington, OR. Re- ceived open line 911, static only. Deputy responded. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Traffic Hazard Occurred: on I 84 E, in Boardman, OR. Rp ad- vised he almost hit a male wearing all black standing on the slow lane fog line. BPD responded. Subject was warned for no lights on bicycle. Disposition: WARNING. Extra Patrol Occurred: at Kunze Ln/ Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. RP is requesting an extra patrol on Kunze Ln. around 4:30-7:00am for speeding traffic. Disposi- tion: COMPLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred: at United States Post Office on N Main St, in Heppner, OR. RP advised of intoxicated drivers heading to Port- land. OSP (Oregon State Police) and deputy were advised. Disposition: RE- FERRED TO OTHER AGENCY. Driving Complaint Occurred: on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp ad- vised there is a lot of traffic violations this morning. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Traffic Hazard Officer initiated: activity at Highway 74/BUNKER Hill, Heppner, OR. Boxes in the roadway Clear, dep- uty removed them. Dispo- sition: COMPLETED. Dog Complaint Officer initiated: activity at Se Crimson Ct, Irrigon, OR. Deputy advising of a dog out. Negative contact. Disposition: NEGATIVE CONTACT. Warrant Arrest Officer initiated: activ- ity at W Fourth Rd/W Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. Hickox, David Lynn was arrested by MCSO on Hermiston Municipal Warrant for Criminal Tres- pass II. Subject lodged at UCJ with a bail of $5,000. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Property Found/Lost Officer initiated activity at Heppner Hig:h School, Nw Morgan St, Heppner, OR. The deputy was given a post office box key. Key was returned to the post office. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Dog Complaint Occurred: at Morrow County Government Cen- ter on Ne Main Ave, in Ir- rigon, OR. RP believes her neighbor's dog killed her dog. MCSO responded, report taken. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. RP is requesting MCSO make contact with the city to put some water on the roads, so there is less dust. Pub- lics Works notified. Dispo- sition: COMPLETED. Grass Fire Officer initiated activity at Idaho Ln, Irri:gon, OR. Grass fire reignited. Dis- position: COMPLETED. Animal Complaint Occurred on Lewis and Clark Dr, in Boardman, OR. RP advised of an in- jured baby deer in their picnic area. RP is request- ing contact. MCSO and ODFW (Oregon Depart- ment of Fish and Wildlife) advised. Disposition: NO ACTION TAKEN. Information Occurred: on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp ad- vised of some information regarding an individual. Disposition: ADVISED. Animal Complaint Occurred: on Nw Wa- ter St, in Heppner, OR. Rp advised that there is a white and black goat in her carport, she is requesting contact. MCSO respond- ed, complete. Disposition: COMPLETED. Information Occurred: on Highway 74, in Ione, OR. RP stated that she had to leave her trailer at this location due to a flat tire and its off the roadway, non-blocking. MCSO & OSP advised. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint Occurred: on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP light brown Toyota corolla and green Chevy subur- ban sped on Utah and was headed towards tenth. Dis- position: ADVISED. June 11th Extra Patrol Occurred on NE Fourth St, in Irrigon, OR. Extra patrols requested due to re- ports of someone stealing homeowners' recycling. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Driving Complaint Occurred: on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Re- port of a brand new dark grey Dodge Durango and a grey Ford Focus speed- ing on Utah Ave towards Division. Disposition: AD- VISED. 911 Hangup/Aban- doned/Accidental Occurred: at Unknown on (Unknown Address) in Boardman, OR. Dead air, call disconnected. Nothing heard. Disposition: LOG NOTE. MVA-Fire Occurred on MC Graw Ln, in Boardman, OR. Re- port of a single motor ve- hicle accident involving a small blue car in a pasture, injuries unknown. Dispo- sition: REPORT TAKEN. Juvenile Complaint Occurred on Ridge Crest Ln, in Boardman, OR. Re- quest for a deputy to speak with the reporting party's sister, who has reportedly been lying and sneaking out with her boyfriend. Reporting party requests to be contacted first. Dis- position: INFORMATION NOTED. Driving Complaint Occurred: on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Re- port of a grey Pontiac G6 and a brown Ford F250 pickup truck speeding on Utah Ave towards Tenth. Disposition: ADVISED. MCSO June 12 Driving Complaint Occurred: at E Highway 730/SE Seventh St, Irri- gon, OR. A report was made of a near-collision by a vehicle. The matter was referred to another agency. Animal Complaint Occurred: at NW Wash- ington Ave, Irrigon, OR. Two large huskies were re- ported chasing sheep. The issue was resolved. Suspicious Activity Occurred: at Ione City Hall, Ione, OR. A person was seen walking down the street openly carrying a firearm. The situation was addressed. Dog Complaint Occurred: on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. A dog was reported missing: a black and white female husky with no collar. The owner was advised. Driving Complaint Occurred: on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. A white Toyota Camry was report- ed speeding toward Tenth Street. The driver was ad- vised. Criminal Mischief Complaint Occurred: at E Fairview Way, Heppner, OR. A res- ident reported that a male threw a brick coated with motor oil into their home through a doggy door. A report was taken. Disabled Vehicle Occurred: at North Lex Elevator, Highway 207 Echo, Lexington, OR. A disabled charcoal Toyota SUV with an older male in a plaid shirt was reported. The situation was resolved. Fire Call Occurred: on Highway 74 Lena, Heppner, OR. A small fire was reported un- der a power pole. The fire was addressed and extin- guished. Traffic Hazard Occurred on Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. Trash was re- moved from the roadway. Suspicious Activity Occurred: on Lakeview Ct, Heppner, OR. A door- to-door unlicensed sales- man was reported. The matter was addressed. Parking Complaint Occurred: at SE Four- teenth St/SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon, OR. A vehicle was reported improperly parked. The matter was re- solved. Driving Complaint Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. A gray Chevy Trail Blazer was reported speeding towards Tenth Street. The vehicle was unable to be located. Alarm Occurred: at Highway 730, Irrigon, OR. An audi- ble burglary alarm was re- ported. It was determined to be a false alarm. Animal Complaint Occurred: on Highway 74, Lexington, OR. A black cow with a red ear tag was reported standing in the middle of the road. The situation was resolved. Warrant Arrest Occurred: at Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, Heppner, OR. A suspect was arrested on a warrant and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. MCSO Jun 14- 16 Noise Complaint A noise complaint: was reported on SE Utah Av- enue in Irrigon, where a neighbor's truck running for 30 minutes disturbed the reporting party. The situation was resolved. Harassment An individual on SE Ninth Street in Irrigon re- ported receiving threats involving their daughter and concerns about con- tact with a family member in Texas. The incident was addressed, and options were provided. Harassment Another report from SE Utah Avenue in Irrigon involved a resident feeling unsafe due to harassment from neighbors and local high school students. The matter was resolved. Driving Complaints Several driving com- plaints: were reported throughout the day on SE Utah Avenue in Irrigon: A black Chevrolet truck and a black Dodge truck were reported speeding through the area. Addi- tional complaints includ- ed a burnt orange Subaru Outback, a black Cadillac Escalade, and a red Dodge pickup speeding in the neighborhood. Theft Complaint A black Angus cow was reported missing from a pasture on SE Division Street in Irrigon. Deputies investigated, and the mat- ter was addressed. Suspicious Activity At Threemile Road in Boardman, an individual reported concerns about a youth carrying a firearm. The situation was investi- gated and resolved. Alarm A commercial burglary alarm was triggered at Riverside High School in Boardman. The alarm was investigated, and no fur- ther action was required. Animal Complaints A black and white cat was reported stuck in a tree on NW Church Street in Heppner. Assistance was provided, and the cat was safely recovered. Four lambs were found loose on Water Street in Heppner. Deputies resolved the is- sue. EMS Calls A 31-year-old cancer pa- tient experiencing breath- ing difficulties was assisted at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Road in Irrigon. A 70-year-old male request- ed medical attention at the Irrigon Shell Station. As- sistance was provided. Suspicious Activity A white van was report- ed parked for several days near St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Heppner. Dep- uties checked the vehicle, and the situation was re- solved. Hit & Run A blue Ford pickup with a trailer was reported to have backed into another vehicle on SE Tenth Street in Irrigon. The suspect ve- hicle could not be located. Disturbance A juvenile female caused a disturbance at Glen Hav- en Apartments in Heppner. The issue was addressed as a civil matter. Driving Complaint A silver Ford speeding on SE Utah Avenue in Irrigon was reported. Deputies were advised. Noise Complaints Loud music: was reported on SE Third Street in Irri- gon and was resolved. A white Chrysler was also reported for playing loud music while driving slow- ly past a residence on SE Utah Avenue. MCSO June 17 – 19 Dog Complaint A black and white dog with a red collar was re- ported outside a residence on NW Jones Street in Heppner. Deputies made contact, and the matter was resolved. Domestic Disturbance A domestic disturbance on Mountain View Drive in Boardman resulted in an arrest for assault and interfering with making a report. The individual was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with no bail. Dog Complaint A medium-sized dog with shaggy golden fur and a black harness was reported abandoned on Gun Club Lane in Herm- iston. The dog could not be located. Dog Complaint An older tan dog with no collar was reported at a residence on NE Quaid Street in Heppner. Dep- uties responded and ad- dressed the situation. Noise Complaint Loud music was reported on Miller Road in Board- man. Deputies were un- able to locate the source. Driving Complaint A red electric van was re- ported speeding quietly through SE Utah Avenue in Irrigon. The vehicle was captured on video but could not be located. Driving Complaint Multiple reports on SE Utah Avenue in Irrigon in- cluded speeding vehicles, such as a Cadillac Esca- lade and a white Dodge Journey. Deputies advised parties where possible. Trespass Complaint A trespassing incident was reported on NE Elder Street in Heppner. Dep- uties responded and re- solved the situation. Theft Complaint A large cable was report- ed stolen from a gravel pit on Columbia Lane in Ir- rigon. A report was taken for further investigation. Welfare Check A welfare check was re- quested for a male in a blue Charger near the wildlife refuge on Pater- son Ferry Road in Irrigon. Deputies ensured the indi- vidual’s safety.
