The sub- ject was arrested by UCJ on IJC warrant for FT A/ Criminal Trespass II with bail of $6,000 10% ok and lodged at UCJ. No local charges. Disposition: RE- PORT TAKEN. Trespass Occurred on Balm Fork Rd, in Heppner, OR. Adult male bleeding at the front door. **MCSO and M85 responded. Subject was arrested for Criminal Tres- pass I with No Bail and lodged at UCJ. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Noise Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp advised his neighbor to wake him up starting his truck and revving it. Rp wants the person spoken to. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP reports that a multicol- ored dodge 4x4 speeding through the area - headed up seventh. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint Occurred at Se Seventh St/Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp advised a newer Toyota four door pickup, grayish in color, cut the corner and ran his friend off the road. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. A red Honda civic came on with normal speed and when it got to the gravel it picked up speed. Disposition: AD- VISED. Suspicious Activity Occurred on Ne Thompson Ave, in Hep- pner, OR. RP advised he has tenants at this location and were supposed to be gone. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised of a green Subaru sped on Utah Ave and was last seen headed towards tenth. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Theft Complaint Occurred at Heppner Market Fresh on N Main St, in Heppner, OR. **Cold Theft** Rp advised that a theft has occurred around 1706, a male juvenile wear- ing a baseball uniform on a blue bike with a backpack with a bat sticking out, stole some merchandise, so far, they can only see a soda being taken. Unknown direction of travel. RP is requesting contact. Dispo- sition: COMPLETED. Motor Vehicle Acci- dent Occurred on E High- way 730, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised of a silver vehicle stuck in a ditch across from the park, has the hazards on, MCSO responded, the subject was issued cite for DWS Violation and NO insurance. Subject to appear at IMC on 06-06-2024 at 0900hrs. Disposition: CI- TATION ISSUED. Harassment Occurred on Black- horse Canyon Ln, in Hep- pner, OR. Rp advised that he would like a deputy to respond to his address and speak to his teen daughter who was harassed today by another parent. RP’s daughter stated that the other parent pulled out in front of the teen female and slammed her brakes, got out and threw a dress at the vehicle. RP is not at home yet but will be short- ly. Disposition: CLOSED PENDING RECONTACT. Dog Complaint Occurred on Root Ln, in Boardman, OR. RP ad- vised of a brown/beige female German shepherd with a pink or faded red collar that has been roaming the area for the past week. RP is unsure who it belongs to and cannot get close enough to see the tag. RP does not need contact but just wanted to see if anyone lost their dog. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp advised of a black mustang convertible that lives off Brandon st, sped on Utah towards Idaho. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised of a Chevy Cruze sped on Utah and headed towards tenth. Disposition: UNFOUNDED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised of the black mus- tang convertible that lives on Brandon drove by again, speeding around the corner off eighth and was headed back home. Disposition: COMPLETED. MCSO May 6th Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Driving complaint. Disposition: COMPLETED. Extra Patrol Occurred on Pioneer Ln, in Boardman, OR. Requesting extra patrols for suspicious activity during daytime hours while their kids are coming and going from school. Disposition: AD- VISED.
