He was lodged at UCJ with 10% bail. The driver was also is- sued a citation for No OPS and Driving Uninsured. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Motor Vehicle Accident Occurred at Highway 730/Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon, OR. A car roll- over was reported. Disposition: PATIENT RE- FUSAL. Driving Complaint Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. A white Chrys- ler van was reported speed- ing down from Tenth and rolling through a stop sign, heading towards the school. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Driving Complaint Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. A black Audi was reported not stopping at the stop sign and con- tinuing towards the school. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. PC Arrest Occurred at Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, W Willow View Dr, Hep- pner, OR. Suspect was arrested by OSP for DUII and Reckless Driving, lodged at UCJ with no bail. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Information Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. The RP reported that a Mazda 3 four-door might pass by later to harass him. Disposition: ADVISED. PC Arrest Occurred at Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, W Willow View Dr, Heppner, OR. Thomas Martinez was sentenced to 30 days at UCJ for DUII, lodged at UCJ. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Traffic Hazard Occurred at Finley Buttes Landfill, Bombing Range Rd, Boardman, OR. Dep- uties removed a large item from the roadway. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Vehicle Check Occurred at Kunze Ln/ Peters Rd, Boardman, OR. A vehicle check was con- ducted; the owner came and moved the vehicle. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Animal Complaint Occurred on Toms Camp Rd, Boardman, OR. The RP reported a red An- gus cow on his property. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Criminal Mischief Complaint Occurred at Lexington Area Check on W Main St, Lex- ington, OR. The RP be- lieved that planes spraying from the airport were con- taminating wheat fields with chemicals. Incidents oc- curred on 03/15 and 03/29. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Domestic Disturbance Ocurred on Kunze Ln, Boardman, OR. The RP reported that her mom at- tacked her and was not responding on the phone. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. EMS Occurred on Pettys Can- yon Ln, Lexington, OR. An 80-year-old male fell from a standing position and was unable to get up. MCSO, LEXF, and M85 responded. The patient was transported to PMH. D isposition: TRA N S- PORTED. Traffic Hazard Occurred at Highway 730, Boardman, OR. A deputy re- moved debris from the road. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Structure Fire Occurred at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irri- gon, OR. A trailer was on fire. MCSO, BFD, IRRF, and UCFD responded. The Red Cross was advised. Disposition: ASSISTED. Driving Complaint Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. The RP report- ed a neighbor’s Dodge pick- up, with different colors, speeding towards Seventh. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint: Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. A dark gray Jeep Grand Cherokee was reported speeding by. Disposition: ADVISED. Trespass Occurred at Willow Creek Apartments on W Willow St, Heppner, OR. The RP requested a person be tres- passed from the property. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Suspicious Activity Occurred on SE Green- wood St, Irrigon, OR. An older blue Ford truck was parked on California St. A female got out of the truck and knocked on the door, followed by a van that appeared suspicious. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Driving Complaint Occurred on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon, OR. A pickup with an added light bar under the tailgate was re- ported speeding on Tenth. Disposition: ADVISED. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Boardman Car Wash on Main St S, Board- man, OR. The RP reported someone was following her, trying to get her to crash. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. MCSO April 26, 2024 Continued: Dog Complaint Occurred on NW Oregon Ave, Irrigon, OR. A Ger- man shepherd was reported running loose in the area and chasing after people. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Citizen Assist Occurred on W Oregon Ln, Irrigon, OR. RP re- ported that a neighbor’s well had a break and was spewing water. The RP does not know the owner but is available for con- tact by phone if needed. Disposition: ADVISED. Theft Complaint Occurred on NE Aik- en St, Heppner, OR. RP reported a theft and re- quested phone contact. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Violation of Restraining Order Occurred at Riverview Mobile Court, E High- way 730, Irrigon, OR. RP had questions about a possible restraining or- der violation and request- ed contact from a deputy. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Animal Complaint Occurred on Diamond Ring Ln, Irrigon, OR. Pos- sible animal neglect was reported at this location. Disposition: UNDER IN- VESTIGATION. Disturbance Occurred on Colum- bia Ln, Irrigon, OR. RP requested law enforce- ment to assist with his son, who was causing a distur- bance and needed to be re- moved from the residence. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. RP report- ed a neighbor driving a grey Dodge truck, revving the engine to harass him. MCSO responded, com- plete/refer to incident in notes.Disposition: COM- PLETED. RP reported a suspicious gray Toyota Corolla parked down the road and a red vehicle on the property involved in illegal activity. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Information Occurred at Columbia Ln/SW Second St, Irrigon, OR. RP advised they had to shoot a raccoon twice, trying to kill her chick- ens. Wanted to notify dis- patch in case calls came in. Harassment Occurred on Highway 207, Heppner, OR. RP reported being harassed by her neph- ew who has been posting signs on her property. She requested a deputy accom- pany her to speak with him.
