RP is staying on site. **Keizur, Diana Lynn was arrested by OSP for DUII and was lodged at UCJ with No Bail. **Per OSP, Vehicle impounded by J&S Towing. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Wa r r a n t A r r e s t Occurred at Morrow Coun- ty Sheriffs Office on W Willow View Dr, in Hep- pner, OR. Subject was arrested by Winston Police Department for MCCC warrant# 19CR60613 for DUII, Reckless Driving, & Unlawful Possession of Meth and was lodged at Douglas County Correc- tions with No Bail. Dispo- sition: REPORT TAKEN. Citizen Assist Occurred at Lakeview Heights on Willow Creek Rd, in Heppner, OR. Resi- dent doesn’t want to come back inside and is wander- ing off. LSW a hat, green sweatshirt, jeans, brown hiking boots, white mid- 40s and light-colored hair. Walking down the end of the driveway at this time. **MCSO responded, male was provided a courte- sy ride back to Lakeview Heights. Service Class: VOIP. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Columbia Ln/ Sunnyside Rd, in Irrigon, OR. Male wearing a gray sweater and carrying a backpack is picking up rocks and throwing rocks across the street. Isn’t throwing them at any cars or person. RP does not need contact. **MCSO, BPD, and MCPP respond- ed. Male was provided a courtesy ride. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Green jeep renegade sped from Cal- ifornia, ran the stop sign went back down Division and around to Utah and then back towards Seventh. **MCSO advised. Disposi- tion: COMPLETED. M V A - F i r e Occurred at Tower Rd/ Taggares Ln, in Boardman, OR. Single vehicle rollover, doesn’t believe there are any injuries. **MCSO, BFD, and BAMB respond- ed. Information Taken. Dis- position: REPORT TAK- EN. Dog Complaint Occurred on Summit Ln, in Boardman, OR. RP advised there are two dogs (possibly huskies) on her property that are running around. RP has chickens on her prop- erty and is concerned for them. RP has one locked in a cage and the other is still running around. **MCSO responded, dogs were re- turned to owner. RP advised he would like individuals tres- passed from his residence. Both individuals are still on scene in his backyard. RP is unable to describe them, just can hear them. **MCSO responded and advised all parties of their options. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Civil Service Officer initiated activity at Zuzu St, Boardman, OR. C2024-0153 subpoe- na. **Negative contact. Disposition: NEGATIVE CONTACT. Fraud/Forgery Occurred on Se Riverview Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Credit card fraud. Received a call from Dish Network who had a lot of information about the RP and he gave them his credit card num- ber. He stated that he al- ready canceled his card but would like a 21 to discuss options if he can take any further action. Disposition: COMPLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, Sup er ch MCSO March 7th, 2024 Disturbance Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised his neighbor was screaming and yelling at him. **MCSO respond- ed, complete. Disposition: COMPLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred at Se Sev- enth St/Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised a Black Audi with blacked- out windows swerved at him as he was walking at Seventh and Utah. RP said his neighbor probably has it on camera. **MCSO re- sponded, unfounded. Dis- position: UNFOUNDED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP ad- vised a black Cadillac went past his house at a high rate of speed heading towards Brandon. **MCSO re- sponded, unfounded. Dis- position: UNFOUNDED. Animal Complaint Occurred at Wilson Ln/Toms Camp Rd, in Boardman, OR. RP ad- vised there are two hors- es on the road by the golf course. **MCSO respond- ed, unable to locate horses. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Open Door/Window Officer initiated ac- tivity at Reclaim Technol- ogies, E Columbia Ave, Boardman, OR. There is a gate open and it is normal- ly closed. Will be giving the owner a call to check it out. **Deputy checked area and got hold of re- sponsible. Disposition: COMPLETED. white dirt bike that may have come off Brandon and spun tires and went through the turkey shoots. Riders did not have hel- mets. **MCSO advised. Disposition: ADVISED. Driving Complaint Occurred on I 84 E, in Boardman, OR. RP advised a semi truck going over 90 mph, plate is 945404 unknown state. **Referred to OSP. Disposition: RE- AGENCY. Dog Complaint Occurred on Se Idaho Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Chihuahua with green collar is back at their residence and fol- lowed RP into her house. RP is requesting contact and for a deputy to come get the dog. **MCSO respond- ed, complete. Disposition: COMPLETED. T r e s p a s s Occurred on Washington vised he is not on scene but he was contacted and there are 3 people out at 74905 Washington Ln corner of Steagall and Washington cutting down dead trees. RP advised the property is in foreclosure and belongs to the bank. Does not believe they should be out there. Requesting contact with deputy. **MCSO checked the area. UTL. RP attempted to call a tow truck for the driv- er, but A-1 Martin Towing advised they wouldn’t be available until tomorrow. **MCSO advised, referred to OSP.
