Sheriff’s Report -Continued from PAGE FIVE premises. MCSO responded, re- port taken. Driving Complaint MCSO Feb 20 th D o m e s t i c D i s t u r- bance: Occurred on E Main St, in lone, OR. Rp advised she needs to report a DV from last week. She is safe right now, male is not there, but is threatening to kill himself in Baker City. Deputy re- sponded and contacted RP as well as Baker. Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP is worried a driver is not licensed she is in a blue Chevy Cruz heading to HWY 730. Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Red Durango speeding down in front of RPs house and heading to Umatilla. 911 Hangup/Aban- doned/Accidental: Occurred on Ne Sixth St, in Irrigon, OR. Heard male yelling in the back- ground, female in Spanish said she had an emergency. Line disconnected. Called Language Line and had them call the phone number back. Male answered and said no when asked if there was an emergency. History of disturbance at location. Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP saw a Chevy Cruz Blue and Rp believes that the driver has no license. Hit & Run: Occurred at Umatilla Fish Hatchery on River- view Ln, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised his truck was clipped by a tan Honda civic mirror, and they didn’t stop. RP is at home and would like phone contact. MCSO Feb 21s Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp ad- vised a big white box truck flew down from Tenth, think it is FEDEX since Rp has had problems with them before. It went 35 mph, ran through stop sign at Seventh/Utah and went towards Division. It didn’t go up the hill. MCSO was advised. EMS Occurred at Ione School on Spring St, in Ione, OR. Rp advised staff member fell and may have a broken leg. IONA, HEPA and MCSO responded. Pa- tient was transported to PMH. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised a silver Nissan Al- tima went past his house at a high rate of speed towards division. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised a white Chevy 4D Pickup went passed his house at a high rate of speed heading towards tenth. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp ad- vised a silver Toyota Camry went past his house at a high rate of speed heading towards tenth. MCSO Feb 22 EMS Occurred at Lamb Weston West Plant on Co- lumbia Ave Ne, in Board- man, OR. Crew member down with chest pain and cant breath. Information Occurred at Love’s Travel Stop and Coun- try Store on Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. The loves manger request to talk about some underage employees drinking on the Extra Patrol Occurred at Love’s Travel Stop And Coun- try Store on Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. Extra patrols for 2 weeks for un- derage drinking. Domestic Disturbance Occurred on Se Thir- teenth Pl, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that she got a call from her aunt from Irri- gon stating that Omar was trying to take her son and abusing her. RP does not have any other information at this time. MCSO Feb 23rd EMS Occurred on Se Gilm- ore St, in Heppner, OR. RP advised his female friend just swallowed a bunch of her boyfriend’s medication. MCSO and HEPA respond- ed. CCS advised. Extra Patrol Occurred at Dollar General on Columbia Ln, in Irrigon, OR. Extra patrol for 2 weeks regarding subjects camping in the doorway of the store. They need to be asked to move along. The manager can be called if there are issues. Disposi- tion: COMPLETED. Theft Complaint Occurred on Se Divi- sion St, in Irrigon, OR. RP called stating that a male he let live with him for a short time stole a whole trash can of RP’s mother’s knickknacks and a meat cleaver. MCSO responded, report taken. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Domestic Disturbance Occurred on Se Thir- teenth St, in Irrigon, OR. Elward, Michaela Kay was arrested by MCSO for Un- lawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing, and Assault IV DV-C Felony and was lodged at UCJ with No Bail. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that a greyish color dodge pickup has been speeding on Utah and al- ways starts his car early and revs his engine in the morn- ing. MCSO responded, un- able to locate. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that a white Side-by- side drove down Utah and turned on Seventh. MCSO advised. Disposition: AD- VISED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Silver Toyota pickup that sped on Utah heading towards Tenth. MCSO responded, unable to locate. Disposi- tion: UNABLE TO LO- CATE. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Red Sl0 Blazer at a high rate of speed towards Tenth St. MCSO responded, com- plete. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that the silver Toy- ota tundra sped on Utah heading towards Tenth and turned on Brandon. MCSO responded, unable to locate. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. The maroon truck that lives on the comer of se Utah and tenth revved the engine when it went by going to- wards tenth. MCSO ad- vised. Hit & Run Occurred at Love’s Travel Stop And Coun- try Store on Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. Rp advised that his 2024 dark grey Toyota Camry was involved in hit and run, RP is unsure when it had happened, he is parked at the front north end of the parking lot and has been there since 1440 when he began his shift. Rp is requesting contact. MSCO Feb 24th EMS Occurred at Nash Con- tracting on Pole Line Rd, in Boardman, OR. LE request- ing Medics on Standby. RP called in sounding extremely distraught and is requesting an officer to make contact. She is unable to say what is going on but keeps saying that things don’t add up and the more she tries to say the more dis- traught she becomes. BFD and BAMB responded. Welfare Check Occurred on E High- way 730, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised that there is a male sitting on south side of hwy 730. RP think he may be resting but isn’t sure, he did not stop to check but would like a deputy to check it out. Male was wearing a black sweater with blue jeans. Referred to OSP. Dog Complaint Occurred on Ne Third St, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that next door to his house there is a black and white pitbull that is aggressive. RP states that yesterday the dog attempted to attack a mother and her kid. The dog is currently in the yard but it did escape and go after another dog. RP would like contact *Spanish speaking only*. Rp is request- ing contact with a deputy regarding driving around in his brown Toyota Tacoma pickup driving reckless- ly in the intersection and screaming and cursing at people. MCSO responded, complete. MCSO Feb 25th Disturbance Occurred on Se Eighth Ct, in Irrigon, OR. RP ad- vised that her child’s father is being loud and causing a disturbance, she stated he is not drunk or on anything but just wants a deputy to make contact to have him stop. He currently locked himself in the bedroom. no weapons. MCSO respond- ed, complete. Information Occurred at Morrow County Sheriffs Office on W Willow View Dr, in Hep- pner, OR. Male keeps call- ing into dispatch making inappropriate noises before disconnecting. There is no history with this number. Disposition: LOG NOTE.
