A white Ford F150 was reported to have been speeding on Utah Ave and heading towards tenth street. -Theft Complaint: Occurred at Solid As A Rock (Potato Shed) on Gun &OXE/QLQ+HUPLVWRQ7KH reporting party (RP) stated that there is a diesel theft issue at the location. There are tire tracks and a hole in the fence where access was made. The RP requested contact as soon as a deputy is available. -Dog Complaint: Occurred on Rock Ave, in Irrigon. The RP reported a neglected dog at the listed location. The dog does not have shelter or food. -Noise Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. Dark grey older Dodge Chargers were reported to have a loud radio. -Suspicious Activity: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The RP re- ported a suspicious vehicle with a license plate similar to OR/386awj. The vehicle, a white Dodge pickup, was seen “creeping” by the RP’s house. The RP believes the driver is involved in drug activity and was driv- ing erratically through the neighborhood. The vehicle was observed sitting in the driveway of a blue/green KRXVHZLWKDÀDJSROHDQG a white shop, located four houses from I 0th street. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The RP reported a silver Nissan $OWLPDWKDWÀHZSDVWWKHLU house at a high rate of speed, heading towards Tenth Street. -Suspicious Activity: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon.
