The direction of the noises was unclear. MCSO responded to the call. :HOIDUH &KHFN $ female was reported to have been hiding out in the Columbia View Commu- nity Church while it was FORVHG:KHQWKHUHSRUWLQJ person arrived, the female left heading eastbound on Highway 730. The woman appeared to be under the influence or in distress. MCSO was called to check on her. The female was de- scribed as white, wearing a large green and pink coat, carrying a dog food bag, and having red hair. No charges were pressed, the reporting person just want- ed her welfare checked. However, MCSO was un- able to locate the woman. - Burglary: A resident RQ 1: :DVKLQJWRQ $YH suspected that someone was breaking into their home. They reported seeing suspicious activity on their security camera. - Driving Complaint: A silver Toyota Corolla was reported for speeding on SE Utah Ave in Irrigon. The car was observed speeding multiple times. - Disabled Vehicle: A newer small green Jeep was reported broken down on Highway 74 Lena, on the county line between Pilot Rock and Heppner. The individuals in the vehicle, Tim and Kathy Rankin, requested a tow. As they were in an area with no cell coverage, they were referred to another agency. - Criminal Mischief Complaint: A tire-slashing incident was reported at a fruit stand on E Highway 730 in Irrigon. The report- ing person requested con- tact to report the incident. - Information: Morrow &RXQW\ 6KHUL൵V 2൶FH UH- ceived information regard- ing a 72-year-old female with dementia who had left her home in Beaverton at 8:00 AM. She was de- scribed as a white female with long grey-brown hair, wearing a pink sweatshirt, and using a cane. She was believed to be heading to Irrigon, possibly to meet her boyfriend’s family. The reason for her heading that way was unknown. - Driving Complaint: A grey four-door car with a spoiler was reported for speeding on SE Utah Ave in Irrigon. The car was observed speeding past multiple times. - Information: Mor- URZ&RXQW\6KHUL൵V2൶FH received information re- garding a white four-door Chevy pickup truck that was reported to be speeding and heading towards I-10th on SE Utah Ave in Irrigon. MCSO Dec 3 - MVA-Fire: An acci- dent took place on Highway 207 in Echo, near Lexing- ton. A black truck and white horse trailer were involved in the incident, resulting in a vehicle rollover. - Suspicious Activity: At the Irrigon Shell Sta- tion on E Highway 730 in Irrigon, a witness reported seeing an intoxicated adult Hispanic female on the ground. Another adult His- panic male was attempting to get her into a vehicle. The female appeared scared of the male. - Disturbance: A phys- ical altercation took place between a male and the son of the reporting party RQ 6: 6HFRQG 6W LQ ,UUL- gon. Currently, no medical assistance is required, and the male involved in the al- tercation has left the scene. - Trespass: A resident on E East St in Lexington requested to speak with a deputy regarding a subject who needs to be trespassed from their property. The male subject is not currently present, and the resident wants to discuss the matter with law enforcement. - Driving Complaints: There were three separate driving complaints reported LQ ,UULJRQ 7KH ¿UVW FRP- plaint involved a car play- ing loud music and taking a left turn on Tenth St. The second complaint stated WKDW D JROG -HHS :UDQJOHU blew through a stop sign on Tenth St. The third com- plaint involved a flatbed pickup truck speeding to- wards Tenth St. - Shots Fired: Shots ZHUHKHDUGQHDU:\RPLQJ St in Irrigon. Six shots were followed by six more shots, and then another set of ten shots. :DUUDQW$UUHVW$GDP Allen Trujillo was arrested by the UPD on a warrant for Fail to Report as a Sex Offender. He was cited and released with a court appearance scheduled for December 14, 2023, at 8:15 am at MCCC. - Noise Complaint: A vehicle was reported for playing loud music near Tenth St and Idaho Ave in Irrigon. 0&62'HF - Driving Complaint: A red two-door Chrysler was reported for speeding and almost losing control on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The vehicle is currently parked at a nearby location. - Property Found/Lost: A resident reported losing D¿UHDUPRQ:HVWHUQ5RXWH Rd in Heppner. - Disturbance: A heated argument was reported on Se Ninth St in Irrigon. The reporting party, who was not present, was informed by his wife about the ar- gument, which involved yelling and a child being present. - Violation of Restrain- ing Order: An individual on Columbia Ln in Irrigon reported that their ex-part- ner had allegedly violat- ed a protection order and showed up at their child’s school. - Noise Complaint: A noise complaint was re- ceived on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The reporting party stated that they could hear a vehicle with a loud muffler from inside their shower. Two vehicles were described, an older white Dodge pickup and a black Ford Explorer/Expedition. - Driving Complaint: A white Dodge pickup was reported for speeding down towards tenth on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. MCSO Dec 5 :DUUDQW 6HUYLFH$W- WHPSW$Q R൶FHU LQLWLDWHG activity at Paterson Ferry 5G,:%RDUGPDQ25 They were searching for a red/maroon hatchback but were unable to make con- tact with the male. -Driving Complaint: A complaint was received on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A dark grey 2-door Honda Civic was reported to have passed by the caller’s house at a high rate of speed, heading towards tenth. :DUUDQW $UUHVW $Q arrest took place at the P&p 2൶FH RQ 1H 7KLUG 6W LQ Irrigon. Jose Agripino was apprehended on an MCCC warrant 22CR3883 for PY/ sexual abuse III. He has been lodged at UCJ with no bail. -Theft Complaint: An R൶FHU LQLWLDWHG DFWLYLW\ DW Sinclair Station, Main St N, Boardman, OR. The depu- ty informed the reporting party that they purchased stolen ammunition from suspects involved in case 23-0568. -EMS: An incident was reported on Paterson Fer- ry Rd, in Boardman. A PDOHIHOOR൵DURRIEXWZDV breathing and possibly con- scious. BAMB, BFD, and MCSO responded to the scene, and the patient was transported to GSH. -Driving Complaint: A complaint was lodged on Se Utah Ave, in Irri- gon. A silver Honda Civic with license plate num- ber 619LLB was observed speeding down the road and returning to its residence. -Driving Complaint: A complaint was received on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A white 4-door Buick was reported to have sped to- wards tenth at approximate- ly 50mph. However, law enforcement was unable to locate the vehicle. -Driving Complaint: A complaint was received on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A white 4-door Buick/Olds- mobile was observed going about 45mph and turned onto tenth without using brake lights. Law enforce- ment was unable to locate the vehicle. -Driving Complaint: A complaint was received on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A grey Chevy pickup truck with a black hood, belong- ing to someone residing on Idaho/Tenth, was seen speeding over 25mph. The vehicle was observed head- ing towards an unknown location. -Driving Complaint: A complaint was received on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A chevy pickup truck in primer grey was reported to be playing loud music and spinning out its tires. The vehicle belongs to some- one living on the corner of Tenth and Idaho. The reporting party requested contact with law enforce- ment, but MCSO made contact and checked the area, with no results. -Driving Complaint: An incident occurred at Se Utah Ave/Se Division St, in Irrigon. A newer white Dodge Journey was ob- served speeding towards Division and failed to stop on Seventh. The deputy was advised but was out of position to respond. -Suicidal Subject: A report came in at Main St S/Front St S, in Boardman. A female wearing a black Ariat jacket and carrying a pink backpack was seen threatening to jump from WKHEULGJH$QR൶FHUPDGH contact with her and pro- vided a courtesy ride to Umatilla. -911 Hangup/Aban- doned/Accidental: An in- cident occurred at Pioneer Memorial Hospital on Ne Pioneer Dr, in Heppner. The vehicle also ran a stop sign on seventh street. -Vehicle Check: An of- ¿FHUGLVFRYHUHGDUHGVHPL truck parked halfway in the road at E Columbia Ave and Lewis And Clark Dr in Boardman. The truck had been there since morning. -EMS: A call was re- ceived requesting EMS for a male experiencing a stroke or a seizure at Se Thirteenth Pl in Irrigon. Both IRRA and MCSO re- sponded to the scene. -Civil Complaint: A report was made about a vehicle sale on Magic Gar- den Ln in Irrigon. The seller claims that the buyer is not making payments, although a bill of sale was provided. MCSO made contact with the seller and informed him of his options. - D o m e s t i c D i s t u r- bance: A domestic distur- bance was reported on Kan- garoo Court Ln in Irrigon. The caller stated that her daughter was assaulted by her boyfriend on her way to work. The incident oc- curred on Frontage Rd and involved a beige Dodge Neon with no plates. Con- tact was requested by the caller. -Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle: A report was made by Swope on Kan- garoo Court Ln in Irrigon about his stolen vehicle. The report was taken by MCSO. -Parking Complaint: A complaint was received from Heppner Elementary School on Ne Stansbury St in Heppner. The caller requested the removal of vehicles parked in front of their residence. The caller was advised that it is a public right of way and two vehicle owners voluntarily moved their vehicles. -Driving Complaint: A newer silver Jeep Liberty was reported speeding and running a stop sign on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The vehicle was seen heading towards division at a high rate of speed. :HOIDUH &KHFN$ UH- quest was made to locate a woman and check on her and her children on Se Hurd Pl in Irrigon. The caller be- lieves the woman may be in crisis and possibly suicidal. The current location of the woman is unknown. Criminal Mischief I, with bail set at $40,000. The suspect was lodged at UCJ. - Driving Complaint: 2FFXUUHG RQ , : LQ Pendleton. The RP reported a small white 4-door Ford traveling at a speed of 100 mph westbound. - Trespass: Occurred on Sky View Dr, in Boardman. The RP, who only speaks Spanish, reported that a trespasser had entered the property where a renter is staying, and the incident was captured on video. :DUUDQW$UUHVW 2F- curred at Irrigon Shell Sta- tion on E Highway 730., in Irrigon. The RP provided the location of a possi- ble subject with an active warrant. Daughtery was arrested by MCSO on a Lane County Circuit Court warrant for Menacing, with bail set at $20,000. The suspect was lodged at UCJ. - Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The RP reported a silver Honda Civic with a male driver speeding towards Tenth. The RP reported a white Cadillac Escalade running a stop sign on seventh and speeding towards tenth.
