The suspect was lodged at UCJ. - Driving Complaint: Occurred at Se Utah Ave/ Se Tenth St, in Irrigon. The RP reported a white Dodge pickup truck, shortbed, single cab, with chrome railing down the bed. The vehicle is reported to be speeding towards tenth and belongs to a resident near the intersection of Idaho and seventh. - Vehicle Check: Of- ficer initiated activity at :LOORZ &UHHN 5HVHUYRLU :LOORZ&UHHN5G+HSSQHU OR. Contact was made with a male, who stated that he will be on his way shortly. MCSO Dec 8 -Driving Complaint: Occurred on I 84 E, in Boardman. A report was received of a vehicle that is speeding and unable to maintain lane. The vehicle is described as a gold Toy- ota pickup with high beams on, and the passenger tail light is out. The caller was transferred to OSP due to the location. -Extra Patrol: Occurred on E Highway 730, in Ir- rigon. A resident called in and requested an extra pa- trol by her burned-down residence. She is unable to take it down until January The caller does not want anyone trespassing on the property and would like a Deputy to be contacted if anyone is seen entering the residence. The caller is currently living next door at 790 E Hwy 730 Irrigon. -Property Found/Lost Occurred at Morrow Coun- W\ 6KHULIIV 2IILFH RQ : :LOORZ9LHZ 'U LQ +HS- SQHU 0U :LJKW IRXQG DQ ID belonging to Derek Jay Shank. He advised that he found it by the RV park near the entrance and brought it to MCSO. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A silver sports Dodge Caravan with a rack on top was reported to be speeding from I 0th and did not stop at the stop sign. The caller states that the driver looks like she is heading to the school and does this everyday twice a day as she has kids at the school. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A white Charger with front-end damage was reported to be speeding on Utah Ave and then turned onto 8th street. -Disabled Vehicle: Officer initiated activity DW /DXUHO 5G:LOVRQ /Q %RDUGPDQ25$QR൶FHU is currently with a semi that appears to be stuck in a ditch. -Suspicious Activity: Occurred on Se Division St, in Irrigon. The caller states that there is a Hispanic male outside his residence who is looking around and appears to be checking out the engine outside. -Theft Complaint: Oc- curred on Highway 730, in Irrigon. The caller reported that two trucks, one with a trailer, are on her grand- body should be there. The caller would like a deputy to be contacted. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A white Dodge Journey was reported to be speeding up tenth street towards Knapp. No contact with a deputy has been made. -Driving Complaint: Occurred at Se Utah Ave/ Se Tenth St, in Irrigon. The caller advised of a silver Ford pickup with an extended cab and short bed WKDWJRWR൵WKHHGJHRIWKH pavement, spun its tires on the dirt, and headed toward Division. -Property Found/Lost: Occurred on Rhea Creek Rd, in Lone. The caller called on behalf of her boy- friend to advise that he had lost his wallet, possibly at the Heppner gas station or the Heppner grocery store. The wallet is brown with some darker tulleing around the edges and should have KLV ,' DQG :HOOV )DUJR card. The caller is request- ing contact if located. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. A silver Honda Civic was reported to be going towards tenth street at a high rate of speed. &LYLO 6HUYLFH 2൶FHU initiated activity at Se Hurd Pl, Irrigon, OR. A process was attempted, but there was negative contact. Vehi- cles were present and lights were on inside the house. A Deputy left a voicemail for the respondent. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on I 84 E, in Ar- lington. An 8-minute delay was reported due to a dark green two-tone Ford Rang- er driving erratically and all over the road. :HOIDUH &KHFN 2F- Heppner. The caller would like a welfare check on his friend who has been making suicidal statements. December 9, MCSO - Driving Complaint Occurred on I-84 East, in Boardman. The caller reported a silver 2-door sedan, resembling a “race car,” speeding and failing to maintain its lane. The caller was unable to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle. MCSO was out of position, and OSP was advised. - Motor Vehicle Ac- cident: Occurred at Depot Ln and SE Division Rd, in Irrigon. The caller reported hitting a deer and request- ed to make a report. No injuries were reported, and WKHFDOOHUKDGWKHLUÀDVKHUV on. The vehicle involved was a GMC Sierra. MCSO responded, and a report was taken. - Animal Complaint: Occurred at Oregon Trail Rd and Highway 207, in Echo. The caller reported a red cow and two black calves in the road, approxi- mately one mile north of the Echo Junction on Highway 207. The information was passed on to OSP. - Driving Complaint: Occurred at SE Division St and SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The caller reported a silver Toyota Camry that had ini- tially been speeding around the corner from Division onto Utah. The vehicle is now parked on Utah.
