of a doctor to prescribe her

Occurred on E Highway
730, in Irrigon. The re-
porting party advised that
a white van was speeding,
possibly going 85/90 mph,
swerving in and out of
traffic, and even hit con-
struction cones. *Unable to
locate the vehicle.

Occurred on Se Utah Ave,
in Irrigon. The report-
ing party observed a blue
Chevy Cruze with a license
plate ending with MUD.
The vehicle was seen driv-
ing down Utah Ave towards
First St. The reporting party
mentioned that the driver
has no license and was also
seen driving near the school
earlier today.

reporting party advised that
she has been trespassed
from this location and was

curred on Se Skyline Dr,
in Heppner. The reporting
party advised that a female
called her twice and said
she was very confused. The
female is in her 80s. The
reporting party is concerned
that she may be having a
medical emergency. MCSO
and HEPA responded, and
the female was declared
code 4. The patient refused
medical assistance.

on Kunze Ln, in Boardman.
The reporting party request-
ed extra patrol as people
were trying to break into
their property (J&S) and
were messing with the gate.

blue, silver, and gold group
of older model Buicks was
observed driving together
on I-84 East in Boardman.
The vehicles had temporary
tags and did not allow other
vehicles to pass in between
them. The complainant
found this behavior suspi-

A white four-door Chevy
pickup was reported for
speeding on SE Utah Ave
in Irrigon, heading towards
Tenth Street. However, the
vehicle was unable to be
located.

a stolen truck was spotted
heading west on Highway
730, just past Patterson
Ferry Rd in Irrigon. MCSO
responded to the scene and

owners about having the
carcass removed as it was
attracting coyotes. A depu-
ty spoke to the cow owner

A dog complaint was re-
ceived regarding a dog that
had been coming onto a
property on Highway 74
in Heppner. The complaint
further stated that one of
their cows was now miss-
ing. The owner did not re-
quire immediate response,
but a deputy made phone
contact and conducted a
search of incident history,

-Dog Complaint: A
black and white medi-
um-sized dog was reported
as potentially abandoned, as
it was seen lying about 10

dog earlier in the day and
then again later in the day
on the north side of the
road. The deputy took the
dog to a pet rescue facility,
and the owner was later lo-

in regarding a red short bed
Dodge pickup truck with
chrome rims parked in front
of a residence near the inter-
section of SE Utah Ave and

loud music, disturbing the

for speeding on SE Eighth
St in Irrigon. The vehicle

Caller reported someone
hiding outside in the bushes
on Columbia Ln in Irrigon.

ducted a thorough search of
the area but found no evi-
dence of anyone’s presence.

A grey Toyota Tundra was
observed passing a vehicle
in a no-passing area and
nearly hitting a semi-truck
on Highway 730 in Irrigon.
Deputy checked the area up
to the 144-mile post but was
unable to locate the vehicle.

and twisted his knee, hitting
