MCHD refuses to be transparent with Morrow County taxpayers, while holding their hands out asking for MORE money. I WILL BE VOTING NO ON THE MCHD LEVY 25-97, THERESA REHAK, MORROW COUNTY TAXPAYER 8. How many EMT/Paramedics does MCHD currently employ full-time? Not a request for documentation. 9. How many of the seven (7) MCHD ambulances are fully staffed, full-time (24 hours per day/7 days per week). Not a request for documentation. 08/24/23 Below is the second response to the records request initiated on April 25, 2023. The original request is shown in bold. The District’s response is shown in blue. 1. A copy of the 2021 ambulance service contract, IGA, and MOU's, between MCHD and the Morrow County Board of Commissioners, signed by ALL parties. An itemized breakdown, by year (2021-Current) of all legal fees, attorney fees, legal consultation fees paid/owed by MCHD d.b.a. VO O TE N • THE HEALTH DISTRICT USED OUR TAX DOLLARS TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST MORROW COUNTY AND BOARDMAN FIRE RESCUE DISTRICT; USING OUR TAX DOLLARS TO SUE OUR TAX DOLLARS • IT IS TIME WE HOLD THE HEALTH DISTRICT ACCOUNTABLE FOR HOW AND WHERE THEY SPEND OUR TAX DOLLARS • THE HEALTH DISTRICT APPLIED FOR A LOAN FOR THEIR “SHORTFALL” OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS, WHILE THEY SPEND THOUSANDS IN MAILERS, FLYERS, AND LAWYERS • LACK OF TRANSPARENCY • THE HEALTH DISTRICT REPEATEDLY USES FEAR TACTICS TO SWAY THE TAXPAYERS • HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER • MORROW COUNTY TAXPAYERS, IT IS TIME WE DEMAND A FORENSIC AUDIT OF THE MORROW COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT PAID FOR BY: VOTE NO, MORROW COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT LEVY 25-97
