SIX - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, September 13, 2023 Sheriff’s Report January 2, 2023— BCD, MCSO, BAMB and BFD responded to Knights Inn/Village Restaurant on 1st St NW for unknow medical, one customer pushed another customer and they fell down and hit their head. Patient refused transport. -Dog Complaint – NE Gilmore St/E Willow St. Heppner. RP advised there is a medium mixed dog dragging a leash, it is aggressive. Headed south towards town. UTL -Suspicious Activi- ty – Highway 74 a person walking along the side of the road. Older person with a jacket and jeans. Male is walking north. Male is okay just out for a walk. -Dog Complaint – Oc- curred on W Seventh Road in Irrigon, RP advised there is a large breed dog that is very skinny and can see the ribs also has blood on the neck. Rp advised it is a blue/grey house with an AC unit on the side. Mission completed. -Citizen Assist – Dep- uty responded to Linden Way in Heppner. RP ad- vised she has a bag on her door that she cannot reach. Requesting a unit come grab it for her. -Civil Complaint – Riverview Mobile Court on E Highway 730 in Irri- gon. RP advised she came back to her belongings at this location and her ex is refusing to let her stuff and has locked it and left. MCSO made contact. -Warrant Service At- tempt – RP at Riverview Mobile Court on E High- way 730, in Irrigon ad- vised she is in the parking at ISA and is wanting to speak to a deputy in regard of her son who is at home talking to himself. She drives a 2013 dark blue town country. -Juvenile complaint – occurred at Green Acres on Patterson Ferry Road in Irrigon RP advised that his juvenile son is acting up and ran away again from home but is still in the area. Son is going to be wearing a grey sweater with jeans. Report taken. -RP advised a red jeep liberty on S Main in Heppner is speeding to- wards the courthouse. RP stated that the vehicle has been driving around crazy around the grocery store parking lot and would like to have a deputy check it out. UTL -Noise Complaint – RP advised that his up- stairs neighbors at the Port View Apartments on Columbia Drive are being loud and are stomping re- ally hard on their floors. RP states its an ongoing issue and would like a of- ficer to make contact. BPD responded. -EMS – 64 y/o f c/b needs assistance/colosto- my bag was accidently re- moved. HEPA responded and transported patient to PMH. 01/03/2023 - RP requested welfare check at St Pat- rick’s Senior Center on N Main Street, in Heppner. RP was talking to female and he could barely under- stand her. She told him she fell and skinned her knee and couldn’t get up then the line went dead. MCSO and HEPA responded pa- tient transported to PMH. Dog complain on NE Sixth street in Irrigon. Dogs got loose. 2 Labra- dor retrievers one yellow lab- Maggie and one choc- olate intact male- Archie. No collars, both chipped and very friendly. Ok to give out contact informa- tion if located. EMS responded on SE Kristen drive in Irrigon. RP advised she is bed rid- den and out meds and in a lot of pain. Transported to GSH, 54 f c/b Violation Restraining order occurred at Board- man Police department on City Center Circle. RO against Ex and the order is being violated against repeatedly. Matthew Spar- go - received info that he is carrying a firearm. Report taken. Parking complain at Trail Apartments on Boardman Ave NE. RP would like contact regard- ing a vehicle parked in a handicap spot. RP advised he took a picture, but the female was yelling at him for takin the pic. This has been an ongoing issue. Harassment occurred at Trail Apartment on Boardman Ave NE. RP is requesting officer contact regarding harassment she is receiving via social me- dia for parking in a handi- cap parking zone. RP is at home now and can also be contacted by phone. 01/04/2023 - Dog com- plaint at Les Schwab, N Main Street. Deputy out with a dog behind Les Schwab’s that is barking at individuals. Dog ran off. Fraud/Forgery occurred on Washington Lane RP requesting offi- cer regarding Home Depot billing her for something that she didn’t buy. Harassment on W Seventh Road in Irrigon. Brother carries a gun and threatened the family with it. Brother uses cocaine and marijuana. Has a 9mm. Deputies responded family was evacuated. BFD/BAMB re- sponded to I-84/Three mile canyon in Boardman. 17 year seizing. Patient trans- ported to GSH. Child Abuse Ne- glect occurred at Smiley’s Happy Place on Boardman Ave NW, in Boardman small children about 5-6 years old in a tan vehicle at the end of the bar that is by the post office. RP believes that the parents are inside and left the chil- dren outside in the vehicle. UTL Tresspass at Drift- wood RV park on W Kunze lane in Boardman. Daugh- ter trespassed and refused to leave. Connell, Kayla was arrested by BPD for Criminal Trespass II was lodged at UCJ with no bail. -January 5: a semi- truck in a fire lane at Love’s Travel Stop in Boarman refused to move. The semi was gone at the arrival of the Morrow County Sher- iff’s Office personnel. -A MCSO deputy completed an area check of Lexington. -A woman reported being stuck on the side of the roadway in a red Ford 150. She reported having a full tank of gas and 100 percent phone battery, but the road conditions were too icy to make it to Hep- pner or back to her res- idence in safety. MCSO made contact with the road department, which assisted sanding the road so the ve- hicle could be moved. -MCSO reported re- ceiving notice that Stan- field Police Department arrested Victor Flores Mar- tinez on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for a parole violation. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jaile with no bail. -MCSO Deputy re- ported being out with a disabled vehicle at the off ramp of I-84/Hwy. 730-Boardman. The indi- vidual ran out of gas, but was off the roadway. -MCSO received re- port of an alarm at the Lamb Weston East Plant, but no emergency response was needed. -MCSO received re- port of a possible drunk driver heading toward Ir- rigon. MCSO responded, but was unable to locate the vehicle. -MCSO reported of- ficer initiated activity at Lakeview Court/Frank Gilliam Drive, Willow Creek Road, N.W. Morgan St. and W. Sperry St. in Heppner, -MCSO received re- port of a gray pickup and gray passenger car racing at I-84, Arlington. -MCSO received re- quest from a subject on Elder St. in Heppner to have a subject trespassed from her residence. The caller said that the subject came knocking at her door around 4 a.m. -MCSO received re- quest for extra patrol be- cause of the traffic between Toms Camp Rd. and Paul Smith on Kunze Lane. -MCSO received re- port that Umatilla County Sheriff’s office arrested John Quincy McClammy, 24, on a Morrow Coun- ty Circuit Court warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Moror Vehicle. He was lodged with Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. -MCSO received re- port of a blue Nissan Max- ima unable to maintain lane and tailgating with no lights on I-84-Echo. MCSO was unable to lo- cate the vehicle. -MCSO received re- port of a subject driving a green four-wheeler who shuts his lights off while on Kunze Rd, which makes it hard for drivers to see him. -MCSO received re- port of a nine-year-old male attending Irrigon El- ementary missing. A dep- uty located the child and returned him to his home. -MCSO received re- port of a structure fire on northeast Chase St. in Hep- pner with smoke coming out of the house. -MCSO received a stalking complaint from a subject on Dee Cox Rd. in Heppner who said some- one was stalking his sister, showing up in the middle of the night trying to get to her. -MCSO receive re- port of loud music on S.E. Fourth St. in Irrigon. -Boardman Police De- partment, MCSO reported officer-initiated activity concerning civil service. -Boardman Ambu- lance received report of a subject throwing up phlegm on Tumbleweed 177 N. The am- bulance responded, but the subject refused transport. -Boardman Ambu- lance received report of a 70-year-old female feeling very dizzy. A Home Health nurse was on the scene and the patient was transport- ed. -Boardman Ambu- lance received report of a 75-year-old female with COPD with low oxygen. Boardman Fire Depart- ment and Boardman Am- bulance responded and the patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston. -Boardman Fire De- partment received report and responded to a black smoke plume south of mile marker 150. It was a con- trolled burn. Boardman Police De- partment received report from a subject who said she was driving on Main near the Boardman car wash and nearly hit a blue or black Honda that did not have brake or tail lights. -Boardman Police De- partment received report from a subject who said someone had hit her ve- hicle with a rock or other item multiple times, leav- ing numerous dents on it. -Boardman Police De- partment Officer reported being out with an aban- doned trailer at Rodeway Inn. -Boardman Police De- partment received report of male walking in the road at Main St. and Wilson Road in Boardman. BPD report- ed it was just a man walk- ing home.
