MCSO made contact; the chickens and owners were okay, and the owners came and got their dogs. -A female in Boardman advised her daughter’s fa- ther came to the site and made a threat to her. She requested contact. -Boardman Ambu- lance and Boardman Fire responded to a 21-year-old female in Boardman who was conscious but hav- ing trouble breathing and stomach pain. Patient was transported to Good Shep- herd. -Lexington Fire, Lex- ington Quick Response and Heppner Ambulance responded to an 84-year- old female in Lexington who fell from a standing position. Patient was trans- ported. -Heppner Ambu- lance and Heppner Fire responded to lift assist for a 61-year-old female who fell. Subject was lodged at Davis County Jail with bail at $20,000. -MCSO received a re- port from a person in Irri- gon that someone came to the location and was trying to take a kid, made entry to the residence and then was assaulting the female. The reporting person was currently hiding in the bath- room with one child, male and female were inside the residence, and it was unknown where the other child was at that the male was attempting to take with him. -Male at Irrigon Shell Station on E Highway 730 advised he had individuals on scene who had their credit cards used fraudu- lently. He was able to locate who used them and had video footage. -A female in Ione ad- vised that there were two individuals in a black Sub- aru casing her property and shop. She advised that the male was approximately 30-40 years old and had red hair with a beard. The fe- male was skinny with dark hair and approximately 40 years old. She asked them what they were doing, and they stated they were look- ing for fuel. She asked them to leave. Female requested a unit check the area. -Irrigon Ambulance responded to an 82-year-old in Irrigon who was con- scious but with breathing problems. Subject was on oxygen. SAVE Sheriff’s Report November 9, 2022—A person in Irrigon advised Morrow County Sheriff’s Office there was a horse and two goats in the road on Hwy 730. MCSO re- sponded and animals were secured for the night. - MCSO stopped at a disabled vehicle in the Heppner Mill Zone. The vehicle looked like it struck a deer and was unoccupied. MCSO responded, vehicle not blocking, put caution tape on it. - A woman in Irri- gon advised that someone moved her gate open and her red with white markings Arabian horse and her two goats got out. Goats were described as one brown and the other white. She stated that someone would have to trespass in order to do it. MCSO responded and ani- mals were returned home. -A person at the Mor- row County Government Center in Irrigon reported that a yellow lab puppy with a collar showed up at the planning dept. No tag on the collar. -A male reported that when he was parked at a rest area along 1-84, someone broke the seal on his trailer. Unknown if anything was stolen. Male wasn’t sure which rest area he stopped at but stated it was approximately 30 miles east of Arlington. A vehicle was T-boned. Pa- tient refused transport and OSP was handling. -A School Resource Officer at Irrigon Elemen- tary School initiated contact with students and spoke to them about things they should not bring to school. -MCSO received com- plain of a black and white border collie with a big blue bow on the collar in Heppner. MCSO responded and transported the dog to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received re- port of shots fired behind a residence in Irrigon. A fe- male reported there were ju- veniles in the area.
