MCSO responded and the dog was taken to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received report of suspicious activity at the Boardman Marina with a male taking pictures of campsites. She was transport- ed to Good Shepherd Hos- pital in Hermiston. -Heppner Ambulance re- ceived request for a lift-as- sist and hospital transport for a 95-year-old woman due to a fall. -Heppner EMS responded to a call for a 73-year-old woman who’s ankle was swollen from a fall the pre- vious week. -Irrigon Ambulance, Boardman Ambulance re- ceived report of a 60-year- old female with a possible stroke. The subject was transported. -Boardman Fire Depart- ment, Boardman Ambu- lance received a request for EMS for a driver in a potato truck. The subject was transported. -Boardman Ambulance received report of a sin- gle-vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Board- man Police Department arrested Xochitl Nayali Ramos for DUII. The sub- ject was released on her County Circuit Court. September 23rd -Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a woman in Irrigon who advised that another woman told her that she was picking up a dog, but then went toward another residence. The caller said she saw the woman put the dog into an SUV, but then saw them let the dog out and continue on. MCSO was unable to locate. -MCSO received report of a disturbance at the Sage Brush Apartments in boardman. The caller said it sounded like the couple was fighting, the female crying and then it sounded like someone was thrown down. The caller advised there were two female residents and law enforce- ment had been there multi- ple times in the last couple months. Boardman Police Department and MCSO made contact and advised thee were no signs of a physical altercation. -MCSO received report of a silver Mazda passing vehicles in the turn lane on Hwy. 730, Irrigon. -MCSO received report of a golden retriever found at the Morrow County Gov- ernment Center in Irri- gon. The dog had a collar with a phone number, but the number went straight to voicemail. MCSO re- sponded and the dog was returned to its owner. -MCSO received report from a subject in Lexing- ton that her neighbor’s dog keeps getting into her yard. She requested contact from a deputy. MCSO respond- ed and gave the neighbor a warning for having a dog as a public nuisance. - MCSO received a call at 10:28 p.m. from an Irri- gon resident reporting that her 12-year-old son left for the park yesterday and had not come home. She did not know what he was wearing, but did know he was wearing black shoes. MCSO responded and the child was located and re- turned to his mother. -MCSO, Boardman Po- lice Department attempted to serve a warrant at the Sandpiper Apartments in Boardman, but were un- able to locate the subject. -MCSO received report from a subject on I-84 Boardman that he saw a truck driver in a red semi- truck with Big G Trucking on it fire a gun out of his window. MCSO was un- able to locate the vehicle. -MCSO received a report of a subject attacking the caller because she had to kill a dog that almost attacked her. MCSO re- sponded, but determined it was a verbal altercation only. -MCSO received a 911 hangup/abandoned call. It was determined to be an accidental call. -MCSO received report from a subject at the Port of Morrow freezer on Lewis and Clark Drive in Boardman that one of the drivers who came into the facility smelled of marijua- na and so did the inside of the cab. -MCSO received another accidental 911 call. -MCSO officer reported he was out with two motorcy- cle riders at the Mill Zone, Hwy. 74, Heppner. -MCSO reported a subject with an oil leak at Hwy. 207, Lexington. -MCSO received another request for extra patrol on Depot Lane in Irrigon with people breaking in and tak- ing items. -MCSO received report one was trying to get into her neighbor’s gate and the neighbors were gone. MCSO checked the area but were unable to locate anyone. -MCSO, Heppner Fire De- partment, Heppner Ambu- lance, Boardman Fire De- partment received report of a subject who wrecked his vehicle and was in- toxicated. MCSO arrested Samuel Douglas Martin for DUII and was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. The vehicle was impounded by A1 Martin Towing. The subject re- fused ambulance transport. -The Irrigon Fire Depart- ment and Irrigon Ambu- lance received a report of a 73-year-old man with a blood sugar level of 42 had fallen in Irrigon. -The Irrigon Ambulance re- ceived report of a 78-year- old female who had fallen and couldn’t get up. Irri- gon Ambulance responded and transported the patient to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston. -Boardman Fire Depart- ment and Boardman Am- bulance responded to the Columbia River Health Clinic in Boardman for a 44-year-old male with “hy- potension” and shortness of breath. -Boardman Fire Depart- ment responded to a sub- ject with breathing issues at Wilson Rd. The caller was unsure if the driver was just playing games on the road or was intoxicat- ed. MCSO was unable to locate the vehicle. -MCSO received report from a subject in lone that his 17-year-old daughter left home from Washing- ton that weekend and was notified by some of his friends that she may be at a house with men over the age of 30. He requested phUC,one contact and a welfare check on his daughter to make sure she is okay. -MCSO, Irrigon Ambu- lance, Irrigon Rural Fire Department responded to a report of a motorcycle accident on Fourth Rd. and Columbia Lane in Irrigon. -MCSO received report of customers irate at each other at Heppner Mobil and Circle K on Main St. in Heppner. It was deter- mined to be a verbal argu- ment only. -MCSO received report of a 911 hangup/abandoned/ accidental call on Faler Rd., Boardman.
