RP ad- vised his neighbor’s dog is out running around. RP ad- vised his lab is also out with him and he cannot go onto her property to get them. He just wants MCSO advised so he doesn’t get a citation. Deputy was advised .. -MCSO received a re- port at Columbia River Ranch on Kunze Ln., in Boardman. Rp advised a client is out walking around and will not return. They are not able to force her to come back and have not been able to convince her to return. Female is in a green jacket and jeans.
