EIGHT - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, March 3, 2021 Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information: October 20: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a black Ford F250 swerved towards him when he was out walking. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner of an injured deer laying along the side of the road in a ditch. Deputy responded and discarded of the animal. -MCSO received a re- port on Sunnyside Rd, Ir- rigon that an 80 yo male is not conscious, not breath- ing. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a gold Cadillac went past his house at a high rate of speed. Un- founded. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Ninth St, Irrigon that RP would like contact with a deputy, reporting that her ex-husband drove from California last night and is threatening her. She hasn’t seen him in over five years. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Ione that a brown Chevy pickup was parked on Hwy 74. Older male in camo packing a deer rifle up Rhea Creek. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at NE Washington Ave/N First St, Irrigon that a trailer is driving down by the marina on COR property. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Division St/SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a car flew through the stop sign. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a large metal object in the roadway. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Murray’s Drug on N Main St, Heppner of a drunk lady on a horse in front of Murray’s, arguing with a male in a silver car. -MCSO received a re- port at Two Old Hags Pizza on NE Court St, Heppner of a drunk male walking around the pizza shop. -MCSO received a report at W Hwy 730/W Eighth Rd, Irrigon of a vehicle swerving all over the road. Deputy responded and warned driver about goofing off while driving. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a white Dodge pickup came off Eighth and floored it through the stop sign on Seventh. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at St Patrick’s senior center on N Main St, Hep- per that an elderly male had fallen, possibly injured. Patient refusal. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow County OHV Park on Forest Ser- vice 21 Rd, Heppner that RP gave individuals direc- tions near Bull Prairie two hours ago and they still have not made it back. Mid- 50s couple, one on a blue 4-wheeler, other on a red one. RP advised individ- uals have returned home. Disregard. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner that there is a brown horse right off Hwy 74 near her residence. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SW Utah Ave/SW Second St, Irrigon that the smoke from all the con- trolled burns is so bad you cannot leave your house. MCSO made contact with individuals having a burn, were advised to call in and not burn after dark. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Third St, Irri- gon that there is a minivan parked in front of her neigh- bor’s house and there were people walking around the house with flashlights. October 21: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Moun- tain Glen Apartments on NE Pioneer Dr, Heppner that her neighbor has the TV up very loud. When she banged on the wall she turned the volume up. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Stanfield that a teal colored Peterbilt is going 80 mph. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Eleventh St/ SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon that a white Ford Edge went through the stop sign. Un- able to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Ione there is a dead deer on the shoul- der of the road. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on W Hwy 730, Irri- gon that a blue Nissan car passed two vehicles in the turning lane at a high rate of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a white Dodge pickup flew down towards Tenth. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Eleventh St, Irrigon of a noise issue. RP is advising that roosters are up at 2, 3, and 5 in the morn- ing and would like a deputy to make contact with them. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a black Toyota pickup and a brown Four Runner are going by his residence in convoys to harass him. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207 Echo, Lexington of a brush fire on both sides of the highway. -MCSO received a re- port at E Main St/S B St, Lexington that a lady is on a horse and the horse is bucking around in the road. Deputy responded and found no violations. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a semi all over the road and swerving. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a white van that delivers field workers went down Eighth St and then flew down towards Divi- sion and ran the stop sign on Seventh. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner that there is a female riding a horse on the side of the road and is a hazard. She has nothing reflective on and multiple vehicles have almost hit her. MCSO re- sponded, individuals were on the shoulder. October 22: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that RP hit a deer. No injuries, deer ran off but there is damage to the vehicle. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at E Hwy 730, Irrigon of dogs loose in the area. MCSO located dog owner. Verbal warning for dog as a public nuisance. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave/SE Seventh St, Irrigon that a blue Nissan ran the stop sign. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that while RP was walking down the street a brown 4-runner tried to run him over. RP would only stated it tried to run him over and not going into fur- ther detail. MCSO attempt- ed in person contact and RP refused. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on S First St, Irrigon that the neighbor’s dog crossed the property and injured the RP’s dog. Dog is bleeding. RP is also con- cerned for the safety of her child. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a blue Nissan came back and was speeding. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Bull Prairie Camp- ground that an individual was out fishing and hooked onto a duck. RP stated that he let it go but it is still tan- gled up. Referred to ODFW. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Division/E Hwy 730, Irrigon that there a re young kids in a light blue Honda racing down Divi- sion at excessive rates of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner of a deceased deer on the side of the Hwy that some- one hit. -MCSO received a re- port at St Patrick’s Senior Center on N Main St, Hep- pner that RP saw a drug deal occur, little red car with ID plates. MCSO will keep an eye out. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a white indepen- dent van ran the stop sign. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that RP would like assis- tance in filing a stalking order. Under investigation. -MCSO received a re- port on N Cemetery Dr, Ione that an adult male is laying on the ground, nc/nb. CPR is in progress. -MCSO received a report at Paul Smith Rd/ Wilson Ln, Boardman that there is a cow running down near Bella Vista. -MCSO received a re- port at Port View Apart- ments on Colombia Ave NE, Boardman that male took pills and is shaking, requesting medics. Patient transported to GSH. -MCSO received a re- port on N Cemetery Dr, Ione that individual backed into patrol vehicle. October 23: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on I 84 E, Boardman that on the EB side there is a hitchhiker wearing all black right on the fog line. MCS respond- ed and male was given a courtesy ride. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a subject walking in the roadway waving his arms. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a white Acura is swerv- ing in and out of traffic and continuing WB at a high rate of speed. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at SE California Ave/ SE Tenth St, Irrigon that a white PT Cruiser is going down SE Utah at a high rate of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, Hep- pner that there is a brown dog tied up to a pole. Can- not get close to it due to it being aggressive. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on C Street, Ione that subject has been harassing her daughter. Under inves- tigation. -MCSO received a report on NW Jones ST, Heppner that there is a kid chasing him around town and harassing him. MCSO made contact with the male. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that next to the fog line there is a satellite dish that could possibly become a hazard.
