Subjects changing tire. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a dark brown station wagon with a child in the passenger seat was going at a high rate of speed to the point he was fish tailing. Ran the stop sign as well. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Third St, Heppner that subject put an account in the business name with- out permission. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 730, Irrigon that RP was traveling EB when a female walked in his lane of travel scream- ing at him as he drove by. MCSO responded. Female was picked up and left in another vehicle. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a gold/brown 4-runner flew down to- wards Division. RP advised he is doing this to harass him. RP would like harass- ment charges put on him but doesn’t want contact from a deputy. When advised contact would need to be made, he disconnected. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that the same vehicle has come by his residence for the third time today and would like to file harass- ment charges. MCSO made phone contact. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on Willow Creek Rd, Heppner that there is a vehicle parked in the road- way sitting in the turnout. MCSO made contact. Civil issue. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a single vehicle rollover. In- dividual out of the vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port at S Main St/SE Can- non St, Heppner that near the old swimming pool he saw a dog that was hit. RP didn’t see it get hit, but it was laying in the road. Un- able to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a vehicle swerving all over the road. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74 Lena, Hep- pner that there is a buck on the road that has been hit and is still alive.
