Nose of the vehicle is out in the roadway. RP wants it removed. MCSO made contact. It was not a hazard and was ok to be there for loading and unloading. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a red Ford Focus flew down Utah at a high rate of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Union Ave, Heppner that neighbor is going through RP’s garage and harassing RP. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Ninth St, Irrigon that neighbors have music up rally loud and it is rat- tling windows. -MCSO received a re- port at NE Third St/Co- lumbia Ln, Irrigon that a dark blue or black GMC Envoy stopped at the stop sign and was yelling at the RP. RP wants to press ha- rassment charges because he is getting tired of having people yell at him while he is walking down the road. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Second St, Irrigon that RP wants two subjects removed from the property. One male and his girlfriend. RP is armed inside the house. Mois- es Salas was arrested by MCSO for Theft III. Moises Salas was also arrested on UCSO warrant. Lodged at UCJ. No bail. August 26: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Laurel Rd/Wilson Ln, Boardman that the pivot is broken and spraying water onto Laurel. Deputy contacted land owner. -MCSO received a re- port at Love’s Travel Stop on Tower Rd, Boardman that someone hit her truck trailer while she was sleep- ing and left. -MCSO received a re- port at Pioneer Memorial Hospital on NE Pioneer Dr, Heppner that a subject left driving a beat-up old silver Ford Taurus or sim- ilar. Subject was confused, may have dementia and they don’t think he has a license. Deputy responded and did not located the sub- ject driving. -MCSO received a re- port at Hinton St/Linden Way, Heppner of two dogs at location. Deputy was un- able to get close to the dogs. -MCSO received a re- port at US Post Office on N Main St, Heppner that they are having issues with a subject in Hardman ha- rassing them. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that they just had a car fly down the road towards Tenth. It is a Ford Fiesta. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at I 84 E, Boardman of a disabled vehicle. Vehicle is off the roadway, secured and unoccupied. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Second St, Irri- gon of 60 yo male with se- vere back pain. RP advised grandpa pulled out a gun, making suicidal statements. Male transported to GSH. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Ninth St, Irrigon that neighbors are playing loud music. RP believes they may have a scanner. Unable to locate. August 27: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report at Pleasant View Rd, Irrigon of loose dog. Kari Lynn Goodheart was issued citation for dog as a public nuisance. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Eighth St/SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that when he was walking a Ford utility pickup turned onto Eighth and went towards Idaho. Didn’t turn on his signal and didn’t see RP. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a front motor tractor sped down the street. RP advised that he told him yesterday to slow down and it didn’t happen. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a front-end loader flew through with a load of dirt, doing 30-35 mph and ran the stop sign. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a motorcycle with an illegal exhaust drove by his residence. RP believes he did it purposely to harass him. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Depot Ln, Irrigon that there are cows out. -MCSO received a re- port on Washington Ln, Irrigon that a check was stolen. Under investigation. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a dump truck just came down the street speeding. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Green Acres on Pat- erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that a 72 yo male is requesting EMS. Patient refusal. -MCSO received a re- port at N First St/Columbia Ln, Irrigon that a white Ford Ranger was down near the river most of the day. RP saw him leaving the area with wood. MCSO checked the area. No evidence to support. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a charcoal gray Jeep Cherokee is going at t ahigh rate of speed. -MCSO received a re- port on Doolittle Canyon Ln, Heppner that one of neighbor’s dogs is on their property. He advised it went after his dog and cat and is growling at his wife. MCSO responded and put dog back in kennel. -MCSO received a re- port at Baltimore Apts. On NW Baltimore St, Heppner that a 68 yo male hit his head and is acting confused. Patient refusal. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a vehicle is speeding and swerving. Transported to GSH. -MCSO received a re- port on Miller Rd, Board- man that around 1800 hours there was a large black van with no windows driving suspiciously around town. RP advises that after she had put it onto the Face- book pages for Boardman, she found out there was a black van out of Tigard that had attempted to kidnap a person. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a single vehicle MVA. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow County OHV Park on Forest Ser- vice 21 Rd of an open gate at the end of the old 21 Rd. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a white Ford Taurus just went speeding by towards Tenth. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at NW Water St/NW Gale St, Heppner that RP just saw a kid throw a bike over the bridge. MCSO responded. Bike was re- covered and thrown in the dumpster. Juvenile was warned about littering. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a blonde dog is running around loose. MCSO responded. Dog was in its yard upon arrival. -MCSO received a re- port at Recycle Center at NW Riverside Ave/Fuller Cyn Ln, Heppner of a bi- cycle that has been there all day. Bike appears to be garbage; wheels are bent and chain is rusted.
