Last seen 15 minutes ago at her house. Fight was between a male and female over a dog and who owned it. They are going to work it out themselves. -MCSO received a report on NE Main Ave, Irrigon that female broke his phone after he kicked her out. Then she went to the Shell, believe she has warrants. Shelby Nicole Delong was arrested by MCSO for UCCC warrant. August 25: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on SE Eleventh St, Irrigon that his neighbor’s dog came out of their yard and attacked him and his dogs. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Idaho Ave/SE Ninth St, Irrigon that a semi is parked near the inter- section. RP advised it has been there all night. Deputy responded. Vehicle will be leaving this evening.
