EIGHT - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, October 28, 2020 Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information: August 12: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Doolittle Canyon Ln, Heppner that dogs have been barking for approx. 45 minutes. -MCSO received a re- port on Marshall Loop, Boardman that a 14 yo female is trying to attempt suicide, has pills and knives in her room. CCS has set up a safety plan. -MCSO received a re- port at Port View Apart- ments on Columbia Ave NE, Boardman that a sub- ject is prowling around the garages. -MCSO received a re- port at Sunset Ln, Irrigon that people are living in RVs. Under investigation. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a black pickup just passed a dump truck and headed towards Tenth at a high rate of speed and left marks on the road. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Doolittle Canyon Ln, Heppner of barking dogs. Citation issued. -MCSO received a re- port on Se Utah Ave, Irrigon of a high volume of traffic during this time due to road closures. Advised multiple vehicles are going at a high rate of speed down Utah. -MCSO received a re- port that Brandon Scott Ulrey was arrested by WSP on MCSO warrant. Lodged at Yakima County Jail, bail $20,000. -MCSO received a re- port on Black Mountain Ln, Heppner of a violation of no contact order. Under investigation. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner Shell Sta- tion on N Main St, Heppner of an older GMC with bust- ed out windows has a male drinking beer inside the vehicle. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207, Heppner that a 72 yo female has fall- en and hit her head. Patient transported to PMH. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a dark gray Dodge pickup went at a high rate of speed down Utah. DEADLINE: MONDAYS AT 5PM August 13: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on Doo- little Canyon Ln, Heppner that his neighbor’s dogs are barking again. MCSO responded. There was in- termittent barking but not enough to issue a citation. -MCSO received a re- port at Wagon Wheel Loop/ Depot Ln, Irrigon that there are cows out at this loca- tion. Owners were located. -MCSO received a re- port on Olson Rd, Board- man that there are 3-4 dogs running through their pas- ture, possibly chasing there horse. MCSO responded. Dots were returned to their owner. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a dark blue Chevy Suburban is tailgating and speeding. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Lexington that a 33 yo female fell down the stairs, not respon- sive, starting into a seizure. She was holding an infant who doesn’t appear injured. Transported. -MCSO received a re- port on Knapp St, Irrigon that RP heard very loud ex- plosions towards the Army Depot. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that there is an infant’s car seat in the fast lane. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Turkey Shoots, SE Utah Ave, Irrigon of ve- hicle stuck in the shoots. Individual has help on the scene, was not aware of the soft sand. -MCSO received a re- port at Murray’s Drugs, N Main St, Heppner of a small white Chihuahua in front of Murrays. Owner was contacted, dog ran home. -MCSO received a re- port on Doolittle Canyon Ln, Heppner that his neigh- bor’s dogs are constantly barking. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a fire west of Three Mile Rd. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of MVA single vehicle with trailer. Patient refusal and ODOT advised. -MCSO received a re- port at Hager Park on SE Hager St, Heppner that there are a lot of children that are being loud on Hager and also a white car is driv- ing by loudly and has been for approx. 30 minutes. -MCSO received a re- port at Boardman Shell Station on Front St SW, Boardman of a vehicle with no plates, possibly stolen. Unable to locate. August 15: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Cain Ln, Irrigon that his neighbor’s dog keeps going onto his property destroying things. Dog was transported to pet rescue. -MCSO received a re- port on Pleasant View Rd, Irrigon that neighbor’s dogs are attacking his truck. They wait until people leave and then charge their vehicles. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port that Michael Frederick Snyder was arrested by OSP on MCSO warrant. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Second St, Irri- gon of a deceased deer near her gravel road. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at Hardman Ridge Rd/ Hwy 207 Spray, Heppner of a disabled vehicle with a flat tire. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that there is a truck and trailer with a tire that blew. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Se Utah Ave, Irrigon that an extended cab red Ford Ranger came from Division to Eighth and sped down the street. Advised this has happened twice. Cody Ray Martin was is- sued warning for failure to display plate and warning for his driving habits as well. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, boardman of a fight in progress. Female on top of another person hitting repeatedly. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Elder St, Hep- pner that his neighbors have been yelling at each other and playing loud music for hours. -MCSO received a re- port at Sinclair Station on W Main St, Lexington that an intoxicated male drove to the station and is trying to buy alcohol. Crescencio Carvajal Sanchez was ar- rested by MCSO for DUII. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a white Ford F-150 was playing loud music as he went by his house and turned it down once he left the area. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a dark green Subaru Outback drove down Seventh playing loud music, ran the stop sign at Eighth. Unable to locate. August 16: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on I 84 W, Boardman that a truck driver gave the Biggs Junc- tion cashier a note saying he thinks he saw a vehicle on its roof at 150 I 84 W. -MCSO received a re- port at Love’s Travel Stop on Tower Rd, Boardman of an intoxicated driver, white/ silver car. -MCSO received a report on N First St/NE Washington Ave, Irrigon that at the end of First near the river there was at red Hyundai parked and no on in sight. RP finds this suspi- cious. Charles Melvin Pevy was arrested by MCSO on attempt to elude-felony and issued citation for DWS, -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that a male came in and stole jerky and beer. -MCSO received a re- port on Marshall Loop, Boardman that a male took five pills and left on foot. Patient was transported to GSH and CCS was con- tacted. -MCSO received a report at Mountain Glen Apartments on NE Pioneer Dr, Heppner that there are suspicious people taking stuff off someone’s porch. MCSO made contact. Apartment owner has peo- ple helping her move. -MCSO received a re- port on Olive Ln, Board- man that last night and again today a vehicle came onto her property and left garbage, as well as drove around in circles. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Thomas Ave, Irrigon that 2 of her phones are missing. Believes it was her son. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Court St, Hep- pner that there is a dead cat on her property and she would like it removed. City of Heppner advised. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Ione that there is a lightning strike grass fire across from her house. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a disabled minivan with its hoop up on the off ramp. -MCSO received a re- port at Morgan Rd/Hwy 74, Ione of a grass fire. Wind is blowing it towards a structure. -MCSO received a re- port on Diamond Ring Ln, Irrigon that someone took paperwork from his house while he was gone. Under investigation. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Union Ave, Heppner that RP found a wallet and wants to turn it in. -MCSO received a re- port on Bombing Range Rd, Lexington that a small compact car went past her with no headlights on. Un- able to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Love’s Travel Stop on Tower Rd, Boardman that there is an intoxicat- ed woman yelling at the manager. ATTENTION HUNTERS!!
