Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a sleeping bag on the fog line possibly at 147. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Gravel Pit Ln, Ir- rigon that her ex came to her residence and caused a conflict. She would like him trespassed. -MCSO received a report at Morrow Coun- ty OHV Park on Forest Service 21 Rd, Heppner that someone came to his res and advised that 1.2-2 miles on Sunflower Flats someone dumped a trailer on the blind corner. MCSO responded, coned it off for now and will follow up in the morning. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that there is someone playing loud music in the area. No vehicle descrip- tion, just heard it. -MCSO received a re- port on Third St, Heppner that RP and his dad are in a verbal altercation. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Hermiston that a silver Chevy truck with a black enclosed trailer has black smoke coming from the truck. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Kunze Ln, Board- man that RP found a Husky with no collar in her yard attacking a duck that has a nest in her yard. -MCSO received a re- port on Hendergart Ln, Boardman that RP’s son punched him. No weapons. -MCSO received a re- port at Bank of Eastern Oregon on S First St, Irri- gon of a two-vehicle crash blocking one lane. -MCSO received a re- port at Boardman Shell Sta- tion, Front St SW, Board- man of a 48 yo female with unknown medical. Female transported to GSH. August 10: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Irrigon City Hall on NE Main Ave, Irrigon that there is a pit bull wandering in the park- ing lot. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner that a silver Toyota car was all over the road coming into Heppner. The vehicle has a spoiler on the trunk and three kids inside. Ve- hicle was halfway into the other lane with a car coming and opened the driver door. -MCSO received a re- port at W Hwy 730/S First St, Irrigon that a white utility truck pulled out in front of him and slammed on their brakes. -MCSO received a re- port at N First St/Columbia River, Irrigon that someone poached a sturgeon and took the filets and left the rest in the water along the shore. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at Driftwood RV Park on Kunze Ln, Boardman of a repossession of a 2009 red Chevy Aveo, Owners are not aware. -MCSO received a re- port at NW Front/Main, Boardman of an MVA. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a RV fire. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that the neighbor’s dog just came over and attacked their dog. -MCSO received a report at Heppner Mar- ket Fresh on N Main St, Heppner that there is a male subject that is walk- ing around downtown. He asked the RP about a house on Church St and advised he wanted to put something in kids’ drinks. RP advised he just seems kind of out of it. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a red Toyota Corolla swerv- ing in and out of traffic and speeding. Almost hit a semi. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Ln, Board- man that RP has a male Husky at his residence. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Board- man of a small Ford sedan swerving on the road and driving under the speed limit. Unable to locate. August 11: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Pleasant View Rd, Irrigon that RP’s neighbor has been driving around and trespassing on her property. Deputy made contact with neighbor and trespassed him from RP’s property. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Park Pl, Irrigon that RP advised there is someone at a residence that he doesn’t think should be there. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that an older white Dodge pickup was traveling 100 mph with garbage flying out of the bed. -MCSO received a report at W Eighth Rd/ Froberg Ln, Irrigon of a hog wandering on W Eighth towards Columbia. Deputy responded. Pig is back on its property. -MCSO received a report on NW Gale St, Heppner of a 53 yo female seizing. Patient transported to PMH. -MCSO received a re- port that Desarae Dawn Fitzpatrick was arrested by Stanfield PD on MCCC warrants. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a silver crossover trav- eling 112 mph. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that dump trucks working in the area of city hall have been flying down the road. The road either needs to be shut down or slow down the dump trucks. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Doolittle Canyon Ln, Heppner that neighbor’s dogs have been barking for an hour. Deputy responded. No barking observed. -MCSO received a re- port at Hwy 207, Echo of a disabled semi with a belly dump trailer. Vehicle re- moved from roadway. -MCSO received a re- port at N Main St/Center St, Heppner of a yellow lab loose in the area. Dog returned home on its own. Deputy discussed dog at large with owner. -MCSO received a re- port on Olson Rd, Board- man that someone cut his fence and went out and stole electrical material from his circle and panel boxes at the pivot. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a greenish colored car went through with mu- sic full blast. -MCSO received a re- port at Mill Zone, Hwy 74, Heppner of a yellow lab in the Mill Zone. Dog was returned to its owner. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that there is a vehicle on the side of the road, appears to have hit another vehicle.
