FOUR - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, September 9, 2020 Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information: July 13: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Of- fice received a report on Ridge Crest Ln, Board- man of a missing Boxer/ Pitbull mix named Apol- lo. Deputy had taken the dog to pet rescue earlier in the day. RP was ad- vised to contact them. -MCSO received a report on Doolittle Can- yon Ln, Heppner that his neighbor’s dogs are bark- ing and have been since 0630. Deputy responded; no violations noticed. -MCSO received a report at Penland Lake Campground on Penland Ln/Lake Dr, Heppner that his dog was bitten by an acquaintance’s dog while they were camping off the 21 road near Penland Lake. -MCSO received a report at E May St/NE Court St, Heppner that there is a blue Dodge pickup blocking both lanes that has no front end or engine. There is a male subject there with the vehicle. -MCSO received a report at Green acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that an Xbox was taken from his residence. Under investigation. -MCSO received a report at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Ir- rigon that a male subject attacked an employee. There are others on the scene that got video as well. -MCSO received a report on I 84 W, Board- man that there is a truck driver all over the road in front of her. Reginald L Stuart was given a warn- ing for fail to maintain lane. -MCSO received a report on W Seventh Rd, Irrigon that a male sub- ject driving a black con- vertible sports car comes down Seventh driving very reckless. RP advised he has tried talking to the young man but he just flips him off. -MCSO received a report on I 84 W, Board- man that a white Volvo almost hit them and an- other vehicle. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a report on NW Washing- ton Ave, Irrigon that her husband who she has a protection order against tried to contact her from jail. -MCSO received a report on Dee Cox Rd, Heppner that there is a grass fire on the hill be- hind their house. -MCSO received a report on NE Third St, Irrigon that an elderly male fell on concrete and is bleeding. Male subject is conscious and breath- ing, sitting in a chair now. Bleeding has stopped at this time. Transported. -MCSO received a report on SW Fourth St, Irrigon that he was verbally threatened by a tenant on his property. -MCSO received a report at SE Cannon St/S Main St, Heppner that a dog is harassing deer. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on Marshall Loop, Boardman that RP’s daughter is talking about how she does not want to live any longer. July 16: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report at SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a van ran the stop sign at the intersection. -MCSO received a report on Doolittle Can- yon Ln, Heppner that RP wanted it noted that dogs are barking. -MCSO received a report on NW Washing- ton Ln, Irrigon that RP received a letter from a cellmate from her hus- band and she finds it very concerning. Under investigation. -MCSO received a report on I 84 W, Board- man that two semis are traveling side by side at same pace for last 20 miles or so. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on SW Fourth St, Irrigon that RP would like contact in regards to shooting animals if they are damaging property. -MCSO received a report at Gravel Pit Ln, Irrigon that people are going through the mail- boxes at night. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a grey Pon- tiac Vibe that resides on Eleventh came by the street with its music blaring. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a red/maroon Ford Ranger flew down the street towards Tenth. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at Irrigon Marina, NE Seventh St, Irrigon that juvenile cut foot at marina. Deputy provided basic first aid. -MCSO received a report at Heppner Mar- ket Fresh on N Main St, Heppner that her ex is at the store, she has RO against him. July 17: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report at NE Campbell Way/N Main St, Heppner that two guys in shorts just went down Campbell under the bridge. Deputy made contact with eight juve- niles who were warned for curfew and taken to their parents. -MCSO received a report on I 84 E, Board- man of a speeding semi, traveling at 75-80 mph. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a report on I 84 W, Board- man that a dog was hit and is in the median still alive, severely injured. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a report on Doolittle Can- yon Ln, Heppner that his neighbor’s dog is barking and interfering with his livestock. -MCSO received a report on I 84 W, Board- man of a large piece of debris in the road. MCSO removed it from the road- way. -MCSO received a report on SE Third St, Irrigon of illegally parked vehicles. -MCSO received a report that Jose Manuel Longoria Jr. was arrest- ed by UPD on MCP&P detainer. Lodged at UCJ with no bail. -MCSO received a report on Marshall Loop, Boardman of possible suicidal threats, female screaming and yelling. -MCSO received a report at Irrigon Skate Park on NE Main St, Irrigon of a 17 yo female having a panic attack. Patient refusal. -MCSO received a report at Baseline Ln/ Hwy 207 Echo, Lexing- ton of southbound vehi- cle erratic driving with unlawful passing. Vehicle was jacked up black Ford F150. CCS advised. -MCSO received a report at Driftwood RV Park on W Kunze Ln, Boardman of a fight be- tween RP’s father and son and a neighbor. James David Mitchell Town was arrested for disorder- ly conduct and lodged at UCJ, bail of $2,500. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a silver Du- rango punched it pas the RP’s residence and spun his tires. RP advised if we don’t do something about those there will be street justice. MCSO spoke to the driver of the silver Durango and they had a discussion about polite driving habits. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a red Chevy S-10 Blazer went past his house at a high rate of speed towards Tenth. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on W Hwy 730, Irrigon that a white Ford truck with Bishop Horse- shoeing on the side head- ing westbound is driving erratically. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report that James Michael Hawks was arrested by Rogue River PD on PV, no bail. -MCSO received a report on W Hwy 730, Irrigon that a green Toy- ota Camry was crossing lanes and driving under the speed limit. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report that Angel Rodelo turned himself in on IJC warrant. Lodged at UCJ, bail in full. July 18: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a silver/white Dodge dual- ly and a white Ford F150 raced on Idaho. -MCSO received a report at Willow Creek Rd/Hwy 207, Heppner that there are a bunch of goats out in the road near the Wilkinson residence. Advised they are not getting out of the way for people. MCSO was able to locate owner. -MCSO received a report on Columbia Ln, Irrigon that there are -MCSO received a report on NE Ninth St, Irrigon that a puppy came onto his property. MCSO responded; dog was re- turned to owner. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that on Eleventh there is a blue Acura that is a race car. It just drove by his residence. RP states it is illegal to drive on the streets. -MCSO received a report at NE Center St/ NE Chase St, Heppner that there is a chihuahua near the old car wash. RP is concerned about the health of the dog. States its been running in circles and its tongue is hanging on the ground. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a blue Acura Integra has been going down his street at a high rate of speed. Also a red Ford Focus is doing the same thing. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on NE Chase St, Heppner that RP lost her dog, a beige small chi- huahua, no teeth, almost blind and deaf. -MCSO received a report on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon that a silver Chevy sedan with WA plates has been hanging out near her house, grab- bing random things and July 19: Morrow putting in her car. Unable to lo- cate. -MCSO received a report at Riverview Mo- bile Court on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that two females went into a yellow trailer through a window. Fe- male had permission to be at that residence. -MCSO received a report at N First St/W Hwy 730, Irrigon that RP *Design is tired of people driving down the highway and *Print not having any respect for the light on Hwy 730 *Mail and First. He advised that Sykes Publishing he almost got hit by a 541-676-9228 Toyota Highlander. -MCSO received a report at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Ir- rigon that there was going to be a gang fight at this location and then hung up. MCSO responded, DEADLINE: no fight in progress and employees didn’t know MONDAYS of anything going on. AT 5PM two horses going down Columbia into Irrigon. MCSO located the horses and got them back in their pasture. -MCSO received a report at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Ir- rigon that a white Dodge extended cab and a black 4-door Dodge are parked together behind the Shell. RP thought it was suspi- cious. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at NW Water St, Heppner that RP is con- cerned someone may have been inside resi- dence. -MCSO received a report at Columbia View on Columbia Ave NW, Boardman that she is being threatened. -MCSO received a report on Linden Way, Heppner that RP heard tow explosions, possi- bly gunshots. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report that Seth Labin Richard Williams was arrested by Woodland PD on warrant. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Oregon Ave, Irrigon that the neighbor has kids outside and they are being loud. -MCSO received a report at Hinton St/Lin- den Way, Heppner of a vehicle doing burnouts. It was amazing to observe the coordinated efforts of farm rigs, pumper trucks, tanker trucks, disk and grader opera- tors.
