Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that two vehicles are travel- ing at a high rate of speed, both CA plates. Passed RP going extremely fast. -MCSO received a report on SE Cowins St, Heppner that all four of his father’s tires have been slashed with a knife. Under investigation. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Fourth St, Irri- gon that several goats from the neighbors are out and on the RP’s property. MCSO returned goats to property. Made contact with owners. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a reddish maroon Ford Ranger is driving at a high rate of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at Banner Bank, Main St N, Boardman of a male throwing things at the building. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner Market Fresh on N Main St, Hep- pner that subject climbed up onto a display at the grocery store. July 9: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report at Miller Rd/Kunze Ln, Boardman of a bull out. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Third St, Irrigon of a horse out at this loca- tion. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Eleventh St/SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon that a blue Ford station wagon did not stop at the stop sign. MCSO responded, located the vehicle however it was not moving and no one was around. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that O So Kleen came down at 35 mph. MCSO checked the area, vehicle was parked and unoccu- pied. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on Lovgren Rd, Lex- ington that he is unable to reach anyone at DMV and has questions regarding CDLs. Advised him the DMV website has current information. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Ln, Board- man that there is a possible trespasser on the property. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on W Arcade St, Lex- ington that RP’s window was broken out between today and tow days ago. Under investigation. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow St/E Rock St, Heppner that there is a pig running loose in the area. Pig was returned to its pasture. -MCSO received a re- port that Joshua Thomas Bergie Moore was arrested on three UC warrants and lodged at UCJ with no bail. -MCSO received a re- port at SE California Ave/ SE Thirteenth St, Irrigon of an illegally parked vehicle. Subject warned to move vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Thirteenth St, Irrigon that a deer that has two fawns is locked in a yard across the street and are unable to get out. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a beat-up red Pontiac went down at Utah at a high rate of speed. -MCSO received a re- port at Kunze Ln/Olson Rd, Boardman of loud music in the area going on for about three hours. Music was turned down. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Court St, Hep- pner that his vehicle was struck by a bicyclist. One male laying in the middle of the road, unknown inju- ries. Patient transported to PMH. Patient transported to Lexington Airport for fixed wing life flight. -MCSO received a re- port that Courtney Ann Boaz was arrested by Nam- pa Idaho PD on MCCC warrant. $20,000 bail.
