SIX - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, April 15, 2020 Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information: December 20: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Hwy 730/N First St, Irrigon that he was almost hit by a gray Toyota Tundra. OSP was advised. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Ione that cows are out on her proper- ty destroying her lawn and she is worried someone is going to hit one as they are getting on the Hwy. -MCSO received a re- port on Hilltop Rd, Board- man of domestic. Angel Ruiz Perez Castro was ar- rested for assault IV felony DV X2 and strangulation DV. To be lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a white Dodge truck is revving his motor up and making a lot of noise, he can hear if from two blocks away. -MCSO received a re- port on Washington Ln, Irrigon that his mother hit a post at the Irrigon cemetery and knocked it over. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 w/Paterson Ferry Rd, Boardman of a green SUV with no tail lights. Referred to other agency. December 21: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report at Columbia Ln/Estate Loop, Irrigon of a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle has been going up and down Columbia then up and down the roads in Country Garden. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that two dogs are run- ning. Deputy made contact with owner, they secured them back at the house. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a gray Dodge Stratus is sitting outside neighbor’s house, no one in it with loud music. Un- founded. -MCSO received a re- port at Riverview Mobile Court on E Hwy 730, Ir- rigon that her son is in a verbal argument with his girlfriend. Girlfriend is screaming and yelling. -MCSO received a re- port on W Seventh Rd, Ir- rigon that the neighbors are fighting. Lots of yelling and fighting and wife poured gasoline over something like she was going to light it on fire. -MCSO received a re- port at West Glen Addition, Ridge Crest Ln/Parkside Rd, Boardman that Rafael Leon Torres was arrested by MCSO on IJC warrant, lodged at UCJ with bail of $3,000. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Court St, Hep- pner that a red/brown pit Matthew Hayes receives Ph.D. Matthew Hayes has received his Ph.D. from UCLA. Dr. Hayes lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Allison (Sykes) and sons, August, five, and Sebastian, four. His parents are Ron and Elisabeth Hayes, of Green Valley, AZ. His thesis was entitled, “Faith, Devotion and the Transmission of Religious Knowledge: Ritual Learn- ing and Koshiki Perfor- mance in Early Modern Japan. that OSP The Dalles unit advised he clocked a gray Volkswagen sedan with Utah plate going excessive speed 98 mph. Vehicle was located by BPD at 168 E I 84. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Idaho Ave/SE Eighth St, Irrigon that there is a vehicle running around the area playing loud music since 0330 or 0400 this morning. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port at Hwy 74/Franklin Grade, Heppner that a white Ford F150 is driving 25 mph down the middle of the road. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- bull followed her home from the cemetery. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a white Audi with WA plates left the rest area and RP advising he could smell a strong odor of marijuana from the vehicle. Unable to locate. December 22: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on NW Baltimore St, Heppner of a loud party. RP does not want contact but would like it turned down. Deputy re- sponded and made contact at residence. They will turn it down. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman gon that a hound dog like a blue heeler color is on the road. RP advised the dog gets out about every other day. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 730, Irrigon that her husband is yelling at her. He has no weapons. Deputy transported female to safe location per CCS. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Fifth St, Irrigon that her neighbor is lying on the floor. Transported. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a black GMC pickup is going down Idaho with loud music. -MCSO received a report on Marquardt Rd, Lexington that her mom is heading in her Chevy Tra- verse in respiratory distress, headed to PMH. Assisted. -MCSO received a re- port on W Seventh Rd, Ir- rigon that RP was assaulted by a female. Female is gone now, left in a white sedan. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Ninth St, Irrigon that his neighbors are blast- ing music loudly. -MCSO received a re- port at Marquardt Rd/Pettys Canyon Ln, Lexington that there is a black calf in the road. -MCSO received a re- port on Washington Ln, Irrigon that a male pulled a gun on him and ran up the road to the east.
