Open Positions at this time: Emergency Man- agement representative, Economic Development representative, Tenant/Pi- lot, Business Owner which uses the airport, and two Members at Large. Airport planning is a systematic process used to establish guidelines for the efficient development of airports that is consistent with lo- cal, state and national goals. A key objective is to assure the effective use of airport resources in order to satisfy aviation demand, consider capital improve- ments, and promote eco- nomic development, in a financially feasible man- ner. Committee members shall become familiar with the operations, standards and financing needs of the Morrow County Lexington Airport. Committee mem- bers shall provide adviso- ry recommendations only to the Morrow County Board of Commissioners and Public Works Director. These recommendations shall follow all County policies and consider all budgetary needs. Members shall reside or own proper- ty within Morrow County. Assisted. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a green GMC En- voy with loud music drove by, ongoing issue. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- quest from OSP on I 84 W, Boardman for a deputy to check area for a hit and injured dog on the shoulder. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Fifth St, Irrigon that RP has a stray dog, no collar or tags. Checked around the neighborhood but no one knows where the dog belongs. Dog transport- ed to pet rescue. -MCSO received a re- port on W Idaho Ave, Irri- gon that her ex-boyfriend violated the restraining order by calling her. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that two vehicles were racing down the street. Dep- uty responded and made contact with the drivers. Deputy discussed the safety issues with them and gave warning for unsafe passing. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that RP found a black lab last night. -MCSO received a report on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon that a suspi- cious person came to the property and RP told him to leave. Deputy responded and made contact with sub- ject and provided a courtesy ride. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Cannon St, Hep- pner that RP would like a deputy to advise if they can take her dog to pet rescue. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a blue Nissan Sentra is racing a white Jeep Cherokee from Tenth to the school. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a blue Nissan Sentra is traveling at a high rate of speed past his res. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Pheasant Lane, Irrigon that a male advised his truck had broken down at the water tower by the Army Depot. RP advised she found it odd that he went to her house and not another house. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that a female in a copper colored Honda CRV has a flat tire, not a hazard. Has AAA enroute, advised ETA is an hour and a half. June 9: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a red Mitsubishi has come down the road several times and flew in, blew his motor up in front of RP’s residence and woke him up. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 730, Irrigon that there might be a DUII driver heading into Irrigon from Hwy 730. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Utah Ave, Irrigon of a black Chevy pickup with loud music. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Peters Rd, Board- man that her mother-in-law and her oldest daughter were assaulted last night by RP’s father-in-law. RP thinks the male has a fire- arm but it is locked up. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 730, Irrigon that a white Chevy pickup pulling a trailer loaded down with metal is driving in the emergency lane with its flashers on. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Utah Ave/SE Division St, Irrigon that there is loud music down by a residence on SE Utah. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a rollover MVA, pickup with trailer on the back. -MCSO received a re- port on Blue Jay St, Uma- tilla that dad is trying to kill brother. -MCSO received a re- port at Green Acres on Pat- erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that her neighbor is threatening her including beating her up and breaking her windows and steal her dog. MCSO made contact and will at- tempt to locate the subject to be trespassed. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a black Maserati passed on the shoulder and threw rocks all over the RP. Sub- ject came up behind him and was tailgating before going onto the shoulder and passing at 100+. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on W Hwy 730, Irrigon that at the exit a white male subject is walking on the side of the road. RP ad- vised she thought she saw a handcuff dangling from his wrist. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on SE Hagar St, Heppner that a black dog outside has been barking for the last hour. MCSO made contact with the owner and owner will be taking care of barking dog. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a dark green GMC Yukon is playing loud mu- sic going towards Division. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE First St, Irrigon that there is loud music coming from the duplexes. There are people drinking there and there are children there. Unable to locate. June 10: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon of a shed on fire. -MCSO received a report on Pole Line Rd, Boardman that someone came onto his property and stole fuel. RP called back; it was an employee. -MCSO received a re- port on Brace Rd, Irrigon that there is a person on his property that he wants removed. -MCSO received a re- port on Park Ln, Heppner that RP has a cabin at the location and had a 55-gal- lon drum of fuel. The drum is still there, but the fuel has been pumped out. -MCSO received a re- port on Paterson Ferry Rd/I 84 W, Boardman of a ve- hicle that was speeding on newly graveled portion of Paterson Ferry. RP advised the vehicle threw a rock and damaged his windshield. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207 Spray, Heppner of cows out. -MCSO received a re- port at McElligott Ln/Ridge Rd, Ione that a red pickup was wrecked off of Ione Gooseberry. Advised the vehicle was left last night after her son wrecked. She advised he was the driver and there is property dam- age. The vehicle is partially blocking and needs to be towed. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Riverside Ave, Heppner that someone stole his debit card and it has been used in Arlington. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at St. Patrick’s senior center on N Main St, Hep- pner that subject needs to be trespassed. Trespass complete. -MCSO received a re- port at NW Church St, Heppner that Gregory James Warner was arrested by MCSO on Hood River County warrant. Lodged at UCJ, no bail. No local charges. -MCSO received a re- port on Buchanan Pl, Irri- gon that a male subject is going door to door solic- iting his services for yard work or bottles. She be- lieves him to be intoxicated. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a red Honda is going by RP’s house and flipped him off. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that a red Kia Spectra is speeding and swerving all over the road, almost hit another vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that a 60-year-old male has fallen and can’t get up. Assisted. June 12: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report that Derek Scott Jones was arrested by UPD on IJC warrant. Lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port on Steagall Rd, Irrigon that she can hear a child crying, believes the child is being sexually assaulted by man named Larry. Has been going on for weeks. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port at Bank of Eastern Oregon on N Main St, Hep- pner that there is a brown dog and they do not have any information on who to contact or where it belongs. Cancelled. -MCSO received a re- port at SW Second St/W Hwy 730, Irrigon that two dogs are funning towards Hwy 730. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Alpine Ln/Hwy 207 Echo, Lexington of a dis- abled vehicle. Female was just using her cell phone. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 730, Irrigon of a white Lincoln that was all over the road and into oncoming traffic. Referred to other agency.
