Sheriff’s Report March 21: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Knights Inn/Village Restaurant on First St NW, Boardman of a drunk guest outside the front door. BPD and MCSO responded and made con- tact with intoxicated male who was assisted back to his room for the night. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon High School on SE Wyoming Ln, Irrigon that she is stuck and states her little sister is at home and she needs to get to her. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that the male swapped vehicles and has run the stop sign in a white Chevy flatbed pickup. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at A1 Martin Towing on W Main St, Lexington that the dog got out of the fence and got in a fight with his dog. RP advised he advised the dog owner and did not acknowledge him. Deputy made contact with both parties. -MCSO received a re- port that Vikki Roseann Brittain Garver was ar- rested on MCCC warrant. Lodged at UCJ, bail of $110,000. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Gilmore St, Hep- pner of a dead deer in the garage, door open. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a maroon 4D vehicle flew down Utah towards Tenth. Transported. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner Shell Sta- tion on N Main St, Heppner that they are locked out of their vehicle and it is running. -MCSO received a re- port on Cedar Rd, Irrigon that a male approached him at the yard, believes the SO may be looking for him. Wanted to come into the res, advised that he and his girlfriend had just split up. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a couple of cars went towards Tenth at a high rate of speed playing loud music. Unable to lo- cate. March 26: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Hwy 207 Echo, Echo of a white car off the roadway 20 yards, on its wheels off the side of the road. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Gilmore St, Heppner that a large yel- low lab mix is on his front porch and blocking the only entrance into his house. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Loves Travel Stop on Tower Rd, Boardman that another semi backed into his semi and the radiator is bent and the bumper is cracked. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a red cab semi is speed- ing, they were going about 71 when the semi passed them. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Main Ave/NE Twelfth St, Irrigon that RP was approached by juveniles advising there is a white Lexus with two, two-year-olds in the front passenger’s lap. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at N Main St/E Willow St, Heppner that he was in the crosswalk in front of the post office getting ready to cross and a white Dodge Nitro did not stop. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at Willow Creek Campground on Willow Creek Rd, Heppner that she is being blackmailed via email. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Thomas Ave, Irrigon that a neighbor’s dog came into their yard and killed their rooster. Cody Ray Martin was is- sued citation for dog as a public nuisance. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of an aggressive driver driving a silver pickup. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Irrigon of a fight back behind the store. A female is physically at- tacking a male subject. Unable to locate. March 25: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on I 84 E, Boardman that her 199 Chevy Suburban is stuck on the side of 84, it is com- pletely off the fog line about three feet. She is going to attempt to get it tomorrow. -MCSO received a re- port at Clarks Canyon Rd/ Stock Drive Ln, Heppner that there are injured elk. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Ln, Board- man that there is a cow that is down since last night, has been crying. -MCSO received a re- port on W Seventh Rd, Irrigon that a77-year-old female fell unknown in- jury. March 27: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Trail Apartments on Boardman Ave NE, Boardman that a woman from the apartment above is yelling that she needs the cops. -MCSO received a report that Brenda Kay Worden was arrested by MCSO on HJC warrant. -MCSO received a re- port on Kunze Ln, Board- man that a dog is always barking and crying. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a tractor trailer woke him up. RP advised that vehicle is not allowed on “his” road unless it has permits. -MCSO received a re- port at NE Quaid St, Hep- pner that Jon David Hanna was arrested by MCSO on HJC warrant. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a white Hyundai Santa Fe as spun his tires twice this morning and just did it again. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a semi hit the overpass guard rail, safely off the roadway. CJ Wain Kestler was arrested on DUII charges by MCSO and lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that a white Chevy pickup is swerving all over the road, varying speed, unable to maintain lane, frequently crossing white line on the shoulder. Is requesting assistance in case she runs out of gas. RP was directed to a gas station and made it. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Cannon St, Heppner that a deer is dead in his back yard. Looks like it was attached by a pack of dogs. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Seventh St/Hwy 730, Irrigon that RP had to stop for a dog crossing the road, it was coming from the skate park. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon that his neighbor’s dog keeps coming to his property and attacks him, starts barking at him when he walks out of his house. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that music is playing too loud on Seventh St. -MCSO received a re- port at Oregon Trail Library on NE Main Ave, Irrigon of a stray dog, yellow lab with a gray chain around it. Family came and picked up the dog. -MCSO received a re- port at Sage Brush Apart- ments on Boardman Ave NW, Boardman of a male subject running. Tyler Wayne Jones was lodged at UCJ on UCCC warrant. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Court St/SE Cannon St, Heppner that one big black dog and one brown are trying to get her little dog while they are walking. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report on SW Utah Ave, Irrigon that there are two huskies running wild. The dogs jumped into RP’s yard and tired to get her dogs. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Ln, Board- man that his parents have been followed around by a small Honda for the last few weeks. The car followed his father home and is now parked on the north side in the bushes. -MCSO received a re- port on Brace Rd, Irrigon that her sister was hit by a subject. RP is requesting an ambulance. April 1: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report at Columbia River Ranch on Kunze Ln, Boardman that someone is trying to put a knife under the door. Unfounded. -MCSO received a request on Linden Way, Heppner for extra patrol of residence. Anyone on prop- erty without the permission of fire or law enforcement will be charged with tres- passing. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of driving complaint. Un- founded. -MCSO received a report on E Oregon Ln, Irrigon that she has been receiving texts this morning from and unknown number and was home alone and frightened. She did not know if they are an April Fool’s joke, but they were concerning her. -MCSO received a re- port at Lakeview Heights on Willow Creek Rd, Hep- pner that one of the resi- dents threw a coffee cup at the nurse. Nurse has a cut on the side of her face, declining medical. Amy Lynn Schwirse was arrested for assault IV with bail of $5,000 and lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Seventh ST, Irrigon that neighbor is allowing dog to roam the neighborhood. Deputy re- sponded and gave male warning for dog as a public nuisance. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner that RP is having some sort of medical issue, having some tingling, unknown what is wrong. RP pulled up to the Hwy to wait for help. Transported to PMH. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Chase St, Hep- pner that a black German shepherd mix is getting loose and terrorizes dogs in the neighborhood and chased her cat. Deputy re- sponded. Owner was given a warning for dog at large. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Kristen Dr, Irrigon that a pit bull is aggressively attacking his dog. Deputy made contact and the dog owner Carlos Sausado-Fernando was is- sued citation for dog as a public nuisance and owning a potentially dangerous dog. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a cream-col- ored Chevy Tahoe with WA plates is speeding down Utah. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that two cars were speeding down the road. April 2: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report on SE Cannon St, Heppner that dogs killed a deer in her neighbor’s yard recently and she thinks one of them was in her back yard trying to get her little dog. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207 Echo, Echo of a disabled semi blocking the Lexington bound lane. It does have cones out. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a report on I 84 E, Board- man that Ricardo Natvi- dad Nunez Pacheco was arrested on PC charges out of Portland for commer- cial delivery of heroin and conspiracy. Lodged at UCJ with bail of $1,000,000. -MCSO received a re- port at Seventh Day Adven- tist Church on Tumbleweed Blvd, Irrigon that he is volunteering and his cell phone was taken about an hour ago. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that a Dodge 1-ton flatbed fail to maintain lane. Re- ferred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Thirteenth St, Irrigon that there is a camp trailer parked near her prop- erty that has been there since this morning. There are two older men with the trailer. RP advised male doesn’t seem injured but they can’t get him up. Pa- tient refusal. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Skate park on NE Main Ave, Irrigon that a male is sitting in the skate park drinking a 40 oz beer and looks very intoxicated. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Pioneer Ln/Moun- tain View Dr, Boardman that 3-4 Chihuahua dogs came off the property at the corner and one of them bit his 14-year-old sister. -MCSO received a re- port on Knapp St, Irrigon that his girlfriend has at- tempted to commit suicide within the last 20 minutes. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a GMC Envoy went past with loud music again. April 4: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report that Jason Michael Garza was arrested on IJC warrant. Hold placed; sub- ject is lodged at DOC on separate charges. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that his semi is on fire near the 147 exit. -MCSO received a re- port on Villegas Ln, Board- man that there are multiple animals on her property. Dog owner was warned for dogs at large. -MCSO received a re- port at Northwestern Motel on N Main St, Heppner that he was told two subjects were arguing for four hours last night, then the male flattened the female’s car tires. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Seventh St/SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon that an older Chevy pickup ran the stop sign. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port that Austin Lee Kit- tlewell was arrested by Lane Co on IJC warrant. Subject is currently lodged at Lane Co jail with bail of $807. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that an individual in a white Freightliner is texting while driving. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, Hep- pner that his granddaughter is threatening danger to her- self. Female is now walking down the street. Deputies responded. Female advised she was not contemplating suicide; she and her boy- friend had a fight and she will calm down. -MCSO received a re- port that Alejandro Javier Nunez was arrested by Wallowa County on MCPP detention warrant and trans- ported to UCJ with no bail. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Skate Park on NE Main Ave, Irrigon that there are three juveniles at the skate park that are leaving and said they don’t know where their mom is. RP is concerned about them getting home safely. Com- plete, juveniles were given a courtesy ride home. -MCSO received a re- port at Bucknum’s on N Main St, Heppner that RP lost an envelope behind Bucknum’s last night. He lives in Hardman and got home and noticed it was gone. He came back to look for it but was unable to find it. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Gale St, Hep- pner that two juveniles were harassing the dogs. When asked where they lived, they informed the RP it was none of her business. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a red side by side is on California headed towards Knapp. April 5: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report at I 84 E, Boardman of a possible drunk driver. Warning. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Ione that a single vehicle hit a deer, blocking single lane. Pa- tient refusal. -MCSO received a re- port at Green Acres on Pat- erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that her neighbor came out with a frying pan and threatened her daughter with it. Sherri Louise Hines was arrested by MCSO for criminal trespass II and menacing. Subject was lodged at UCJ with bail of $6,000. -MCSO received a re- port at Lakeview Heights on Willow Creek Rd, Hep- pner that subject is very agitated and yelling at staff. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a Honda Civic is all over the road. She is afraid to enter the res by herself in case some- thing is wrong. RP located her husband, he was safe and deputy’s assistance was no longer needed. April 7: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report at Knight’s Inn/ Village Restaurant on First St NW, Boardman of a male voice outside banging on doors advising he has a 45. -MCSO received a re- port on Hendergart Ln, Boardman that cows are out. Juan Manuel Bombela was issued cite for livestock at large. -MCSO received a re- port that Trevor Jayce Sloan was arrested by Ada County on MCCC warrant. Lodged at Ada County jail with bail of $30,000. -MCSO received a re- port at Nash Contracting on Homestead Ln, Boardman that dogs are missing. -MCSO received a re- port at Bucknum’s on N Main St, Heppner that a large semi with Mountain Rentals on the side just sped down Main St towards the dam, approx. 60 mph. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a maroon four-door Nissan flew by towards April 8: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on NW Oregon Ave, Irrigon that five black angus cows are on his property. -MCSO received a re- port that Daniel Joseph Avila was arrested by DOC on MCCC warrant.
