Much of the Umatilla National Forest is still not accessible due to mud, snow or snow drifts. As a result, the public may be unable to travel on all the same roads that typically are accessible this time of year. In addition, traveling on thawing, saturated and muddy roads can result in resource damage and serious safety concerns, especially if visitors are unprepared. Forest con- ditions are dynamic this time of year and likely to change rapidly. The pub- lic is encouraged to plan ahead and contact their lo- cal ranger district prior to starting their trip. As a reminder, many places in the Blue Moun- tains have limited or no cell phone coverage. For- est visitors should always be prepared to spend the night in the forest with warm clothing, food and plenty of water. Before heading out, always let someone know where you are going and when you expect to return. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the supplemental budget with interested persons. A copy of the supplemental budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 18, 2019 at the Ione School District Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Resource 1 Local Revenue Amount $ $ Summary of Supplemental Budget Publish Only Those Funds Being Modified Requirement 559,850 - Custom Bu siness Card Print ing Amount 1 Enterprise & Community $ MAKE A LASTING IMPRESSION 233,475 - Total Resources $ 1,003,321 Total Requirements $ 1,003,321 Comments * Authorizes expenditures in Special Revenue Fund Enterprise & Community appropriation for increased pool repair costs supported by additional local contributions.
