Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, January 16, 2019 -- FOUR Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information: October 9 (cont.): Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report on NE Oregon Ave and NE Sixth of a white Honda CRV out in the field and she believes it is suspicious. -MCSO received a re- port at N Main St/E Willow St that RP was backing out and she was turning her vehicle when she looked over and the female was backing out only looking to the right not seeing RP backing out. RP honked her horn then both stopped at the same time. RP didn’t feel a bump or anything so she left. Female got out and looked at her bumper, made inappropriate hand gesture and got back in her car. There is a scratch on RP bumper and photos will be taken. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port of a possibly intoxi- cated driver off River Rd in Umatilla. Fail to maintain lane, driving extremely slow. Unable to locate. October 10: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on SE Utah Ave that a green Chevy car sped through the area towards Tenth. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at W Fourth Re/Idaho Ln, Irrigon of a loose horse. -MCSO received a re- port at Rhea Creek Rd/ Morter Ln of a car off the road near the 35 mph curve. SUV upright, not there yesterday. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow County OHV Park on Forest Ser- vice 21 Road that a driver is following firefighter in single cab dark model Ford pickup that is driving errat- ically. -MCSO received a report at Heppner Grade School, NE Stansbury St of juveniles that got into an altercation. Under inves- tigation. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Elementary School on SE Wyoming Ave that a student is being harassed by a boy from Umatilla. -MCSO received a re- port on County Line Rd that there are harvest drivers on her road and are speeding through the area. Today one did not stop for bus and the bus had its arm extended, stop sign out and red lights flashing. -MCSO received a re- port at Cain Ln, Irrigon that a horse has been tied to a trailer for about a month, not in good condition. -MCSO received a re- port at Lakeview Heights on Willow Creek Rd of the theft of headphones. -MCSO received a re- port at Columbia Ave NE/ Laurel Ln that a semi was rear-ended by a silver car. No known injuries. -MCSO received a re- port on Clarks Canyon Rd that dogs are out, shorthair and one hound. -MCSO received a re- port at Wilson Ln/Eastre- gaard Rd that two vehicles pulling out of a field, they split and went different di- rections. RP thought it was suspicious because they were out in the field and no one is supposed to be out there this time of night. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a dark colored pickup sped through his house, spun his tires on the corner of Tenth. -MCSO received a report on Columbia Ln requesting phone contact regarding warrants. Female did not want to give further to dispatch and advised she did not want it over the air. October 11: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at SE Green ST/SE Cannon St that a blue car is parked along the bridge to one of the residences and the lights are flashing and the trunk is open. There was no one around. Deputy made contact with resident, they have been having issues with the car. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Riverview Ave that there is a male wal- ing around the area and she would like a deputy to check on him. RP is con- cerned since they will all be leaving for work. Unable to locate subject. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74 that some- one left a skinned animal in a driveway. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Columbia Ave NW that a male went through the window of the white and black house. The subject is a resident at the address. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow County Fairgrounds on Hwy 74 Lena that a female is sitting in her vehicle smoking marijuana. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Medical Clinic on NE Main Ave that a 37 year old female has fallen, extremely low BP. Transported. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Second St that there is a pit bull loose, appears lost, not aggressive. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a dark grey Honda drove by at a high rate of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that the Honda came back went through the stop sign with a cloud of smoke. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Skyline Dr that there is Tupperware in his back yard with strange liquid, doesn’t know what it is or if someone is trying to kill his dogs. -MCSO received a re- port at Kunze Ln/Miller Rd, Boardman that a cow is out at this location. -MCSO received a re- port that Chester Brent Paradiso was arrested by MCSO on warrants. Lodged at UCJ, no bail. -MCSO received a re- port that Juan Rodriguez Pacheco was served IJC warrant, lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port on Cottonwood Loop that there was someone at- tempting to enter his house. Nicholas Lopez Juarez was arrested by BPD for crim trespass II. Lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow County Fairgrounds on Hwy 74 Lena that the locker room blue building next to the fence has requester check light on and door is open. October 12: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Les Schwab, N Main St that Michael Scott Dixon was arrested on MCCC warrant. Lodged at UCJ, no bail. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E that a Hon- da Accord is going 103 mph EB. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W that a subject wrecked on the WB side and asked her to call for help. RP advised the subject was bleeding from the head. Patient refused transport. -MCSO received a re- port at AC Houghton on NE Main Ave that RP was in the cross walk and a copper colored Buick with handicap plate did not stop for the RP, went into the median to avoid RP. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon High School on SE Wyoming Ave that her daughter is having is- sues at school and RP is concerned daughter is go- ing to get beaten up. -MCSO received a re- port on Water Street that there is an injured deer in the yard. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at Oregon Trail Library on NE Main Ave that RP found what she believes to be a part of a drug pipe. Deputy requested extra patrols in the night. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a green Dodge van flew down past RP’s residence onto Eleventh. -MCSO received a re- port on Hilltop Rd that someone hit her dog and then came back and argued he did not. -MCSO received a re- port at W Seventh Rd/Mag- ic Garden Ln that neighbors are playing music very loudly and he can hear it at his residence. -MCSO received a report on California Ln that a jack and other items were stolen from her trailer sometime today. -MCSO received a re- port on W Sperry ST that a white Toyota with yellow star was speeding. October 14: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on E Hwy 730 that UPD was behind a vehicle that is not main- taining well. Officer didn’t feel they had enough to stop before county line. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 206 Condon that RP wrecked on top of Heppner Hill, swerved to miss a deer. Vehicle is blocking, subject is home now and is ok, no ambu- lance needed. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E that OSP would like an assist in lo- cating a gold 4 door sedan with front end and passen- ger side damage. Vehicle was involved in hit and run. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at N First St/NW Washington Ave that a red Chevy pickup with WA plates pulled in and went to the end. RP would like deputy to check it out to make sure people aren’t sleeping down there. Un- able to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Kunze Ln/Olson Rd that RP hit a dog. Advises it ran in front of her and she attempted to miss it and hit a second one. Advises the dog yelped but she can’t find it. -MCSO received a re- port on Rhea Creek Rd that RP just heard multiple shots, believes the male is shooting off the road. OSP was advised as this is a hunting issue. -MCSO received a report at Umatilla Army Depot on Umatilla Army Depot Rd that there are two stray dogs they’d like picked up. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E of a driv- er swerving and tailgat- ing, speeding and slowing down. Silver Ford SUV. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at NW Morgan St/NW Riverside Ave that there is an injured deer near the heating/cooling building. MCSO responded, deer was deceased upon arrival. City of Heppner will pick it up in the morning. -MCSO received a re- port on Bos Rd that RP just had an altercation with her sons. She would like them to leave, one son is throw- ing things. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E that a red Pontiac is swerving all over the road. October 15: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report of disabled vehicle at Paterson Ferry Rd/Hwy 730, Irrigon. Ad- vised to let OSP know for removal. -MCSO received a re- port at Hwy 74 Lena/Sand Hollow Rd that someone threw garbage out. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner Market Fresh on N Main St that someone passed a fake $50 bill at the store. One got through and one was turned away on Sunday. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon High School on SE Wyoming Ave of mi- nor in possession tobacco. Citation issued. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Center St that mother is loading items at location and there is a restraining order in place. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E of a driving complaint, maroon 2 door Nissan. Transferred to OSP. -MCSO received a re- port that Mollie Katharine Tindall was arrested by MCPP for probation viola- tion and lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port on Piper Canyon Rd that her dogs chased the neighbor’s cat up a power pole and she is concerned that it is going to cause a problem. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave that they just had a black Mitsubishi traveling at a high rate of speed, ran the stop sign on Seventh and through the field onto Cal- ifornia. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Court St of panic alarm at the court house zone 14, court desk clerk panic alarm. -MCSO received a re- port on Miller Rd that 77 year old male fell and hit head, bleeding. Patient re- fusal. October 16: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on I 84 E that there is an intoxicated driver in a red car. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port of child abuse/neglect at AC Houghton, NE Main Ave, Irrigon. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a white Dodge one-ton dually went towards Tenth, two males in the vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port that UCSO arrested Seth Labon Richard Wil- liams on MCCC warrant. Lodged at UCJ, $50,000 bail. -MCSO received a re- port on Gun Club Ln that a dog came into her yard and attacked her dog, unknown owner. Dog is still outside in her yard. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a black Ford Taurus with female driving sped up to- wards Tenth and then came back and ran the stop sign on Seventh and then headed towards Brandon. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a white Isuzu Trooper rolled through the stop sign at Eighth and a red Pontiac Grand Am ran it behind the Trooper. The red car spun its tires. Unable to locate. October 17: Mor- row County Sheriff’s Of- fice received a report that Pendleton PD is attempting contact with an individual that holds a valid warrant through MCSO. -MCSO received a re- port at Basey Canyon Rd/ Hwy 207 that there is a large animal in the road. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Depot Ln. RP states she owns a vacant house and the wood was pried off the window and some- one entered the residence and opened drawers. It is obvious that someone was inside. The front door was also unlocked. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Second St that there are juveniles, one of which is driving a red Chevy pickup and a car that are racing down the road near her house. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at W Fourth Rd/Idaho Ln that there is a heifer calf at the intersection. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 206 Condon that a CMV is on a long straight stretch with trian- gles out. ODOT is on scene. -MCSO received a re- port on Washington Ln that a grey car 2D hatchback older sports car is going 55 mph towards Boardman. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Thomas Ave that RP’s neighbors moved out and there is new furniture in the house and there was a Hispanic male walking by the house that passed the residence and then returned to check out the house. Once he saw RP he kept walking. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at NW Church St/N Main St that a Dodge pick- up with flatbed is on the corner parked too far out into the road. Other vehi- cles need to come all the way out to check if traffic is coming. Checked the area, vehicle has moved. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a dark blue old Thunder- bird was speeding headed toward Tenth. Advised the vehicle goes down the road every night. -MCSO received a re- port on Water St that at the house off Minor St there is a lot of noise/thumping. Back door is open and lights on. Advised she is in jail and does not think there should be anyone at the residence. Deputy responded. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207 at the large apartment on the end with the yard that subject called and advised she is going numb. Takes care of lady with Alzheimer’s. RP is not sure what is occurring but is heading to listed location. Transported. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E that there is a driver all over the road, weaving between both lanes.
